The room had stains on the wall and the bed had bleach stains. There were outlets falling out of the sockets which is extremely dangerous. When I told the front desk the woman did not apologize or offer a different room. She said I couldn’t be refunded due to me not coming back to the office within the first hour of booking. I was also charged for an extra night and it took forever to get someone on the phone about it. One man was helpful but the manager had to complete the refund all together. She was supposed to follow up with me regarding the charge and never reached out. I had to file a claim with my bank to get something going. I got the money back after 2 weeks. Unless you have to, I Do not recommend staying here

My first room was dirty. Didn't have the room i put in for online. The phones don't work. Use to be a good place But they have went Down in bad need of renovation.

Bed slept good Unclean towels/stained towels

Room smelled of a strong cleaning. Had to open the door for 2 hours so that I could breathe Bedding Mattress was worn

I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in both beds and cigarette ashes left in the bathroom sink, which made the room feel unsanitary and unacceptable for a paying guest. I returned to the front desk right away to request a refund due to the condition of the room, but my request was denied. Because of the lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately left without using the room. Unfortunately, I am now out the money despite never staying overnight.

Fair More food

It was conveniently located for a stopover on the trip we were taking. We requested a smoking room with a king bed. When we got to the room there was no ashtray so I was going to call the office, but the phone line was broken. I went to the office to ask for an ashtray and the lady there said she would have someone bring it to us. Several minutes later I saw a man outside who asked, "You don't have an ashtray, either?". He came into the room and removed the phone, but we never got an ashtray, or a phone. Also, the bed was a queen, not the king we requested and for which we paid.

You could barely shut the bathroom door because it was so close to the shower and wall.. you had to step back and stand back over the toilet to shut the door and this was called a ^ mini sweet ^. The couch bed had stains on the matress and the sheets they included had stains all over them . My husband had to walk back down and around in the rain to get an attitude from the guy behind the counter to get new sheets. We had no choice but to stay there because we got there at 10:30 pm . We came up to the area as my daughter’s graduation from FSU the next day . We couldn’t shower because it looked like someone had showered there before we checked in . Any absolute disgusting and disgraceful place to stay .

This property is old and not updated. The sheets were not clean. Trash not empty on check it. Stasff was very friendly at front desk.

It was a lot of roaches during my stay I wasn’t expecting that

I booked this hotel for one night, it stated that it was fully refundable until check in time. I tried to cancel well before that, and it did not give me an option to. I called the property and they said they could not do anytbing, it had to be through Expedia. Then Expedia told me they could not refund me and it had to be through the hotel. Do not use them if you want safety of knowing you are covered if plans change

Room and bath cleaned. Breakfast was good. AC was COLD! Bed comfy, not too hard or soft. Quiet area of town. Will definitely book again for next visit.

Room was not clean animal feces found in room upon arrival fridge had left overs things in them items was old or broken.

Room had drywall holes in the vanity area and bathroom and not all of the outlets worked

No pool was closed grandson very upset the room was clean but very old no sheets for fold out no cover s for it bathroom you had to open door go into shower to shut door
