They were renovating and I was in a room right under it!!!! The WiFi is horrible!!

Carpet in room was soaked on what side of the room due to an AC issue. There were no other rooms available and I was told they would “try to get the manager to compensate some from the bill”. I did not hear anything else. At checkout they just said they wrote it down.

Comfortable, clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast area with nice options. Really good location. Close to shopping and food. The main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool. Our kids were very excited to swim. The area is clean and the pool appeared well maintained BUT it was freezing! Only 1 in our group of 5 dared to go in and she could only stand it about 5 minutes.
