Our room was quiet and clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything in the room worked to our satisfaction. Breakfast was fairly good, depending on what we chose. Staff were accommodating.

Excellent service by Miles. He was extremely helpful. The restaurant was great and so was the breakfast. The soap and toiletries needed filling. Other than that no complaints.

If you're going to Dave & Buster's this is a perfect place. It's a 2 minute walk and the hotel is exactly one of the Best Western should be.

This is an old rustic hotel, updated but with vintage features, staff are great, parking good, swimming pool ready for the kids.., great nights rest with an awesome pizza & pasta joint with the best sitting bar & longe in the area. Want new, look elsewhere, want a great vintage stay and an old school large room with plenty of towels and smiling service and good grub.., this one is for you.

This is a very nice and well-maintained hotel. Not sure why they feel the need to charge a $10 parking fee per night, when it's not located in a high-demand area, e.g. in downtown, at the beach, etc. The breakfast was good, but the selections limited with no coffee refills.

Of the three places we stayed on our vacation travels, this was easily the nicest property, although not our favorite stay. Spacious room, and a small balcony we could actually go out onto from the room. Staff seemed a bit aloof, and the free breakfast involved a limited voucher to the in-house restaurant (no pressure for a tip if you opted against it). Place was mostly quiet because it seemed like we were the only ones there — on our floor and at the swimming pool, at least. But my wife said she woke up when the neighbors came crashing in around 1:30 a.m., and I woke to hearing different neighbors (I think) leaving at 4:30 a.m. But pleasant overall. Listing states there are laundry facilities but that is not true, so that should be corrected. They did have the address of a coin-op laundry a couple miles away. Other restaurants and mall businesses were very accessible.
