Staff was friendly , clean the room was clean but the bathroom was a little bit old it needs a touch up over all it was great place to stay

If you’re gonna stay here, don’t stay on the fourth floor. You can hear all of the cars on the freeway go by. The showers aren’t very good. The heads definitely look like they need replaced don’t bother going to the pizza cookery that’s what they call the restaurant there the service is horrible. The breakfast selection is not very good. You can either have water or coffee only.

This is an older property, but the restaurant and staff are fantastic! The rooms have a vintage charm with photos of Thousand Oaks from the ‘ole days. The rooms entry way is very narrow and the doors to the rooms are extremely heavy and hard to open/close, could be a challenge for individuals with disabilities, walkers, wheelchairs or children. Very easy could slam digits in the door. But quiet, clean vintage place to stay!

There was no designated parking spot for use during check-in. We had to park about a block away and drag our luggage along to the front desk.

front desk was nice. beds were comfortable. Hair in sink. No reply from front desk at 10:40p when kids were running, yelling and playing in the hall. Band at restaurant was good but ear piercing loud so took my drink to go. Main waiter at the complimentary breakfast was incredibly unhappy. stood there waiting to be seated forever. then sat ourselves. Finally, he just dropped utensils on our table and walked off. when our food arrived, he got our order wrong.

The room was spacious but the bathroom definitely needs a refresh. The walls were dirty and the door to the bathroom did not close all the way. Seems the fan for the A\C just ran all night even if it was off.

Breakfast is NOT wonderful. To the contrary, it was not good. It sounded great when they said we got to eat in the restaurant instead of a hotel buffet. But in reality, the voucher was only for a different super limited menu AND the items were pre-cooked hours before. I chose the eggs/potatoes/sausage and that's all you got, and it was reconstituted eggs, limp stale potatoes. And, the waiter was very abrupt.
