Of the three places we stayed on our vacation travels, this was easily the nicest property, although not our favorite stay. Spacious room, and a small balcony we could actually go out onto from the room. Staff seemed a bit aloof, and the free breakfast involved a limited voucher to the in-house restaurant (no pressure for a tip if you opted against it). Place was mostly quiet because it seemed like we were the only ones there — on our floor and at the swimming pool, at least. But my wife said she woke up when the neighbors came crashing in around 1:30 a.m., and I woke to hearing different neighbors (I think) leaving at 4:30 a.m. But pleasant overall. Listing states there are laundry facilities but that is not true, so that should be corrected. They did have the address of a coin-op laundry a couple miles away. Other restaurants and mall businesses were very accessible.

Everything! Bad reviews in google are not that reliable. For a rate like you have, overall is good. 1 staff in the restaurant is not accommodating.

I have been at this a couple of times before and I noticed several improvements to the rooms and the property.

The staff was incredible. The location was perfect. The facilities were better than most. I wish the door to the balcony had a screen door this way we could have left it open longer.

TV coverage was TERRIBLE!! They have “DISH”. Half the channels didn’t open, the “Guide” had no information and when you hit “I” for information, there wasn’t any INFO. Breakfast was TERRIBLE

Breakfast service was horrible. Took forever and was told had to pay for coffee and ice tea we said ok. When coffee came the handle was all sticky and I sent back. I did get another Cup. Asked for toast and i was told I had to pay extra. I said yes ok Took forever for someone to come tell me they had no toast/ no bread. Another person came said what kind of toast would I like and it would cost me. Ok I will pay. Brought toast and I said I didn’t want warm bread I want toast. Finally got toast and had to request jelly. Breakfast service was very bad but we did like the hotel.

The hotel also has a nice backyard area, a swimming pool, and convenient parking. Everything was well maintained and made the stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
