Great bed but no internet! If you advertise free internet, you should provide it and provide it consistently! The staff didn't care when we called and complained. Rude! Still no ice at the ice machine.

Parking was good tons of parking. Room was great. Very spacious and smelled clean. No cigarette smell. Staff gave a goodie bag which I never experienced before at any hotel.

Very unfriendly and rude staff. But the room is clean. The direct area for some reason seems sketchy I think because people sort of live there but the actual area at other hotels is normally very nice.

24 hour check in I booked a room with a queen bed and got a dirty room with a full bed. When I called the front desk I was told that some rooms had mattresses switched out and they didn’t know which ones. She then told me to call back in the morning for a better explanation but I was not told this was a possibility or that they didn’t have others rooms I could switch too otherwise I would’ve booked elsewhere.

In and Out was within easy walking distance. The room smelled musty.

I liked the staff they were really nice and helpful. The property was clean so was our room for our two night stay it was fine I would stay here again
