I requested housekeeping daily and receptionist said no problem, but unfortunately my request was followed through.

The breakfast was great! The room was newly remodeled and looked great The pool was nice. The staff was helpful. The location was great for what we were doing. The laundry room was helpful to have there. The remodel on our room wasn’t ready so we had a lot of things that we had to have management take care of. The halls had small bits of razors that were on the floor. We had a leak under our bathroom sink. Our oven wasn’t working and they came and fixed it.

Carpets were very dirty and smelly, Overall the place is tired. They were renovating during our stay and woke us with banging. And the water was shut off a few times during our stay …
-
Location and size Under construction so water was cut off while we were there but not for very long and staff were helpful in keeping us updated and extended our check out. The room was very dated. Carpets very bad, bath scratched, air conditioning old and loud.
-
The room was worn out. The chair needs to be recovered, tile broken in bath, bed is too high for elders. Marriott you must do better.

The gentlemen that checked me in made me feel welcomed. He was very professional and friendly. My room was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Nice view of pool, tress, and mountains from the 3rd floor. Bathroom sink in 307 was clogged and it took a few minutes to get the water to go down by opening and closing the drain to create a vacuum. Also, multiple free cable movie channels would of been nice. I don't cook and love waffles but passed on making them myself during the free breakfast.

This stay was excellent! Nice room and lovely pool area! The sunsets from the hot tub were great!

Place was nice but felt a bit dated. Pool and hot tub area were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Room had a walk in shower and the water ran out into the bathroom floor. Was a mess to dry up so i could walk without getting wet feet.
-
accommodating staff and a nice room. only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress was pretty lame
-
Good for what we needed. Nice pool. Room was clean but housekeeping never cleaned our room over our two night stay

The front desk women are professional, happy, kind and very accommodating. Both women check in & check out. The only negative is the laundry. 2 washers only and one was out of service. Another guest mentioned it was done for over a month. The machines are older and not running great. That's it really. It was great

Parking could be better. If you arrive at hotel during business hours parking may be hard to find. But aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. We couldn't believe how big our room was. We got the 2br suite. It was amazing.

Electricity out, lied to about no top floors avail when emailed 10-days in advance to request as a solo female business traveler. Ground floor, then had to move to middle floor, awful noise for 6 of the 9-day stay, awful chemical smells, AC that worked when it wanted to and blew warm air the rest of the time. People smoking weed in back parking lot right by entry. Will never be back cannot believe this is a Marriott property.

I know that there are places to stay, where these things are provided for. I’m wondering if Marriott may be doing these same things already. I understand it may be a large undertaking to provide these needs in every room. But, on this trip unfortunately, I was truly the accidental tourist.

The staff at this TownePlace Suites is exceptional, however, the property falls far short that what I expected (and I didn't expect a lot)! The hotel is renovating their rooms, and this is necessary because the entire hotel feels like it needs an upgrade - it is dated, and isn't the most comfortable. For example, we stayed in a suite with a King bed and a pull-out couch - but the mattress on the pull-out was the wrong size so it was very ill fitting and one could feel the springs through it....it was not what I feel was acceptable for a room booked for 3 adults.

Newer property on the west side of the highway. Very clean rooms. Across the parking lot from some restaurants but a short drive from even more. If you are passing through this is a very convenient place on the southbound side

I love how friendly the staff are and how accommodating they are with supplies. I can borrow almost everything I need to prepare meals in the kitchen. I love this place!
