The room was really clean. I liked the area, lots of places to eat

This was a nice location, clean, quiet, and well appointed. I liked the downstairs informal dining area where guests could enjoy a beverage and conversations. My room was comfortable and had all that I needed for a short stay.

Soccer all and was playing with it and I went under the bed when going to get it we found dirty diapers under the bed I went to report and have the clerk come and he sent the maintenance guy to clean it up and again nothing he just said I can’t move you were sold out. After I asked for a manager he said he was gone for the day asked again and the morning and the same he wasn’t there so I was just given a run around the manager Erik never returned my call to address the situation till I reached out to corporate and still at that I got a apology but said there was no type of compensation able to be given because they cleaned up the soil dirty diapers very unprofessional manager and staff.

Also, was VERY put off being charged for my entire stay BEFORE I even arrived at the hotel. EVERY hotel I have ever stayed at has charged upon checkout --- NOT before arrival. To make matters worse, I was charged an ADDITIONAL $40 upon arrival JUST IN CASE I made any charges during my stay. This is also something I have never experienced at another hotel (and hopefully this fee will be refunded). This whole experience seemed VERY money grubbing, with the implicit message being "We don't trust you to pay, so we're going to get our money up front". EXCEEDINGLY off putting...

Big rooms, great staff, nice bistro, comfortable beds. Pool was hot, not refreshing.

Room was very clean. Everything smelled very freshly cleaned when arriving to our room. Check in was smooth and we were accommodated to have rooms close to other family staying in the hotel. Was convenient that there were towels in the pool area. Cute snack area in lobby, could have a slightly better selection but decent and very reasonably priced. Lots of nice space in lobby to handle work or business outside of your room. AC worked amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Super amazing staff very friendly very welcoming. The restaurant staff was amazing. There should be more stuff, though at the restaurant they seem to be very . the room was super clean. The property was well maintained the sheets were amazing. Love that they have a whole bunch of pillows not just too.
