La Quinta was great. Easy on and off the 101 freeway. Easy parking except they charge you $10 to park in a regular open parking lot. That was classless. Hotels.com didn't mention an additional fee for parking.

The staff were exceptional, especially Socorro at check-in. I was randomly selected as a guest of the day and received a welcome package which was a pleasant surprise! Not only that, but Socorro had such beautiful energy and a positive aura - it was her son's birthday and we chatted about the blessing of family. Socorro is very down to earth - I view her as an asset to your company; she makes guests feel at home. I also want to recognize Hizam for granting me a complimentary late checkout with a radiant smile as well as helping me navigate the breakfast options included now that the hotel has been renovated/upgraded. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and plan to return in the near future :) Godbless!

It was close to the hospital Wasn’t the cleanest

Location was nice. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The lights came on in the night. Stupid motion sensor lights were in a bad location and would come on from movement over by the bed. Could’ve been cleaner. Also staff could’ve been more helpful. Not the best costumer service.

The hotel is under renovation but except for some tools/machine, the noises during the day are negligible. The lobby and breakfast area is wonderful. The parking areas are quiet, clean and tidy. The newly renovated bedroom and bathroom are very nice, pleasant, adequate and clean. It was very convenient that breakfast is provided at 6am daily, limited but generous, always hot and was consistently good during our 4-day stay. Only one elevator which needs maintenance and cleaning. The hotel lacks cleaning and maintenance staff. The trash containers at the outside walkways are overflowing.

The rate doesn't include parking. We had to pay for the parking at the front desk.

Limited breakfast: scrambled eggs only on last day, fresh fruit not replenished until last day, high-fat yogurt/milk/cooked options, room floor dirty & gritty, req. fresh sheets on day 5- bed made up with old sheets, new sheets on final day, no bath mat, room cost higher than what Booking stated.

Just needed a one night stay passing through and it was a poor experience. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night in my room. The staff was mediocre with service. I don’t recommend this hotel. It is a 3 star hotel, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything different.

Location They charged an additional $75 per night just for my dog. With that budget, I could have goon to a better please with less, shady individuals in the parking lot at 3:00am

TV didn’t work in my room.

Nothing Breakfast was sub-par and the staff will not deliver your towels at night when the room is not properly stocked. Bedding is very minimal.

We stayed in the accessible room, I suggest you see the room first to make sure it meets your needs.
