Everything was great—clean, cozy, and comfortable, with lots of greenery and flowers, a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were dirty. The breakfast was inedible, and the coffee was absolutely terrible—it would have been better not to serve it at all. Most importantly, I was charged an additional $60 on my card for no reason and without any explanation! We did not have any pets!

Mid century complex surrounding pool, lounge, grass, and water fountain, sealed off by a high hedge, which effectively drowns out the nearby 101 fwy. Parking is well accessibly grouped around the building. Ralph's grocery tore is next door, which is very practical. Cold a/c, friendly receptionist staff, responsive to feedback. Good-sized bathroom, very comfortable beds, good pool, upscale restaurant in the complex. Loved the architecture, but Tabi topped it off. Don't partner with that shabby breakfast place next door; they can't match the great experience you provide.

The room was nicely appointed with a nice view of the garden, pool was great and staff were kind and professional. The complimentary breakfast at Mikey's hit the spot. The air conditioner was too loud. We had to turn it off even though it was a warm night.

This is not our first time staying at Palm Garden. we have a great experience every time. Location is perfect for my needs. A couple of times we have stayed with our pets, and everyone had a comfortable stay. There were several options in the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will recommend this hotel and definitely return on our next visit.

We actually used to live next to this property before we stayed in it. They have done the most amazing things to this hotel and it is amazing! I’m telling you this was one of the greatest hotel stays ever. The rooms are gorgeous and they have so much thought to your needs from the plantation shutters to the roomie shower. It is gorgeous and so peaceful. Wow. Nothing. There was not one thing in the world that we did not like about this property and that saying a lot because we are road warrior.

The pool and spa area is nicely located in the center of the hotel. The only negative is the breakfast. It used to be made at the hotel. The restaurant they send you to is not very good. We didn't go for the second morning since it was disappointing.
