I was asks if I’d like housekeeping and I said yes. They emptied my trash and brought towel. Didn’t take old towels or make beds.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable

Need a faster elevator and carpets in hall replaced. They tried at breakfast. Had pocket style omelets w sausage and potatoes option along with normal cereals. Maybe less fruit juice and more real fruit. The SAD diet isn’t mine so I’m picky.

The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area.

I did like that you offered other items for breakfast such as toast, bagels and waffles. That was good. And the dining room area was tidy and clean and well equipped toilet paper holder was unstable, and the breakfast was just so so. ( Greasy bacon and bland eggs) The thing that we most displeased about was the parking fee. $20 to park your car in that neighborhood? That's ridiculous. We would have been better off. Just parking in the Walmart parking lot and walking over! I have stayed in this hotel many years ago and never had to pay parking. In this day and age with the cost of food and gas etc. You shouldn't gouge customers parking in your parking lot after they paid top dollar to stay there. That part was very disappointing. THERE WAS NO JUSTIFIED REASON TO CHARGE FOR PARKING.....OTHER THAN GREED

Good stay! A few things, ran out of yogurt at breakfast, no late check out and I found a few items under the couch when we dropped something under it. Jacuzzi and gym were great. Room felt spacious.

First time in many many years, using a third-party reservation agency, i.e, Hotel.com, we were charged $3.36 additional! Everything was basic and acceptable. Mediocre breakfast bar.

Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the $20 parking fee. When I returned late that night there was no parking available and I had to park next door at Walmart. What did I pay $20 for if I ended up parking next door anyway. For $20 I should have a reserved spot.
