The staff was excellent! Check in was great and the bartender at the restaurant was very nice and knew how to make a good drink.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and it was quiet. I usually hate hotel pillows but these were perfect. We will definitely be back.

The stuff at this hotel are amazing. Every one was nice and helpful. We stayed here years ago for baseball travel and it was so nice. When we arrived this time it dawned on us that we had stayed here a while ago. While everyone is nice. The hotel itself is getting run down. Just the usual stuff, dirty walls, stained rugs in hallways etc. The coverlet on our bed fad stains on it. It was washed....but stained. At that point take it out of service. The power did go out for a few minutes during our stay but there was bad weather in tge area. Bathrooms in the room should always be cleaner in my opinion. Again walls should be wiped down better. The maintenance of the rooms in general is just kind of meh....the windows could be cleaned better or maybe just replaced. Not sure who is responsible for that kind of stuff. The restaurant that is connected was very good and again the staff was amazing!

Very clean and comfortable rooms

This hotel was conveniently located for the tinley park amphitheater concert we attended. Not much for dining/ drinking venues within walking distance. Cleanliness of room and as not so good, shoes/feet stuck to floor, when I cleaned floor with a white towel, was black when finished.

The TV in 354 is going out. There were some stains on the bathroom door. But honestly I’ve stayed here multiple times before with no issues to report. I would stay here again. The staff is always nice and accommodating.

One of the cleanest , best hotels I’ve been too ! 10/10 the front desk the security the area , the room the workout room WITH a build in stretch Machine in the room . Every thing was great No complaints

Fine stay. We have stayed at this location several times and typically have no complaints. It is not the best, but is easily accessible, clean, located near highway, and reasonably priced.

The front desk was amazing. Our waitresses were exceptional. We did not have any interaction with our room cleaner but the ones we saw in the hotel halls were nice. It was quiet and we slept well enough. The bed was a little to soft for our liking

This is a wonderful property. The staff was friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the room was large and clean. Great water pressure. The location was very convenient!

The first room we went to had 2 beds and a bathtub . My mom is Wheelchair bound so the tub wouldn’t work. When she tried to use the bathroom, the grab bar came out of the wall. They sent someone to fix it, but my mom was not comfortable with using it. She almost fell! The next morning, we were moved to 114 which had a step up shower but was not handicapped accessible sat all. The manager comped us the first night, but we know that Even Hotels have no idea what accommodations are needed for handicap accessibility!

Clean, quiet, and overall really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell it was freshly remodeled. Staff were very helpful. No continental breakfast but there is a restaurant on the ground floor that’s reasonably priced. Definitely will stay here again.
