NO MICOWAVES. Most rooms have a shared door inside the rooms. Our shower had long strains of hair in it. It took a day and a half for our fridge to get cold bcuz apparently they turn them off when people checkout. Iron was broken and it took almost a hour and a second phone call to get one. Due to no microwave we will not be going back.

This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at! Check in was a breeze! Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Smelled nice. The bed was SO COMFY. 10/10 will stay here again the next time I attend a tinley park concert!!

The hotel was flooded. The room had a substantial leak from the rain. There was water everywhere! Gym was flooded. Front desk didn’t warn us, and dint seem to care once we discovered the mess. They were sold out and couldn’t move us to a different room, so we were stuck. All they offered for compensation were two breakfast coupons to the hotel restaurant, which was closed lol.

Been here 3 times now and every single time has been a great experience, never had any issues and checking in and out is so quick , whenever there are concerts I attend in Tinley park, this is the only place where I would stay at , thank you for being amazing
