The room had a stale smell .There were bugs that got inside our suitcase. Therefore we had throw our clothes out! We were not pleased at all! We will never stay there again.

Only needed for 1 night. It was well located. The check-in was easy. Breakfast was adequate.

This was terrible. We arrived late (around 11 pm). We were in the room about an hour before my husband and I decided there was no way we could sleep in that room. There were bugs (alive and dead) everywhere. Since the doors open to the outside, I would understand if there was a big that got in, but they were everywhere. Drain flies in the sink, dead bugs in the shower and almost every single drawer, tiny beetles alive on the floor. It looked like they didn't even attempt to sweep or clean the room with dirt everywhere. There was a dead bug that looked like a small roach on the nightstand as well as remnants from where it looked like someone had rolled a joint. The more we looked around, the now we started worrying that a room in that condition could have begun bugs so we tore back the covers to look. One of the mattresses was cut open on the side with rusty bedsprings. We knew the room was not going to be amazing because of the price but we were only going to be there a few hours before leaving for a cruise. However I do expect a room that is clean and pest free regardless of price. We have NEVER left a hotel but we did for this one. I told the man at the desk and he didn't say anything. I said, "Don't you have something to say or at least an apology for the conditions?" His response -"not my problem." Unacceptable all the way around. Do not stay. The parking lot is also dark and sketchy. They would not refund either, saying I needed to take it up with the manager in 3 days.

The moment we walked into the room it smelled like straight cigarettes with a spray to cover it up, just 5 minutes in the room and we had to walk right out and check out and loose the money on the stay because we were not going to keep our new born or children in this room. The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs. This is what it is a cheap night for anything but staying with a family.

Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación, la primera que me dieron tenía chiripas! La segunda estaba un poco mejor, pero debajo de la cama tenía papeles de galleta, papel tolilet! En fin no limpiaron debajo de las camas

This is the best motel attached to a Beef O’ Brady’s we’ve ever stayed at! Other than our air conditioner not cooling enough for our taste, it was an ok property. The front desk at check-in was nice. Our neighbor complained to the front desk about our 6 year old being too noisy at 9:30 at night, who was just hyped up after getting out of a shower. I.e.the walls are thin. It also had a weird smell but one night before a cruise at that price couldn’t be beat.

Also, we requested a wheelchair accessible room. We were told that is the room we were given. But the threshold into the room was impossible to enter with a wheelchair unless you could wheelie up and over. Also there was no way to get a wheelchair into the restroom. (Narrow door, normal hotel restroom size) No safety bars even if someone could get in there. I dont know how they can sell it as an accessible room.

-
Clean, food good and staff very helpful.
-
The room was to be less desired a Jacuzzi tub with no privacy curtains, and a bathroom the size of a closet that you could barely close the door and you would have to be a child to sit on the toilet seat, terrible decoration, riding all over the wall
-
The staff was very helpful and friendly
-
Good location.

We actually bailed on staying here. When we arrived the property was very dark. Not located in an area that felt safe and so we walked away from what we paid and found a room at a different hotel.
-
Overall, if you’re needing a room for 1 night book this hotel. 2 nights +, spend the extra $$.
