Smelly Room :(

I booked the room sitting in the parking lot because I had a death in the family and it was unexpected and just happened and it was an emergency that I stopped in the first place I booked the room setting in the parking lot walked inside the hotel went to check-in. The lady notified me and said oh it’s for the following week so I called immediately standing right there and ask Expedia can I change the date to that night and they blood out flatly told me no without checking without asking without having any type of sympathy consideration or anything I never even stayed at the hotel never even got to check-in nothing never got my money back. Should’ve never even been charged. I hate Expedia. I hate Expedia. I hate Expedia. I will never ever use Expedia again and the people at the hotel were not any help once they told me I had the wrong day. They locked the front door and went to the back to do whatever they said, guess I don’t know where they went to, but nobody was any help not the hotel not the staff of the hotel not Expedia. I got charged for a two second mistake after having a death in my family. Expedia is the worst. I will never ever recommend Expedia or that hotel. Best Western ever again to anyone I know not even to a dog.

Only complaint. Could not stay but one night of the I booked because the air conditioner smell like mold or milder. Woke with soar throat and a splitting headache. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the staff was fabuous

The hotel room was clean and everything worked. The parking was easy because it was empty until the road crews returned who were staying on property. The hotel is located off a major highway so this made sense. Breakfast was included which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pool was green and then closed down the next day. Room was decent but bathroom was a dirty and dated. Staff was nice. Good for a quick one night stay.

Pool has algae, coffee maker had no pot, air conditioner smells moldy, floors were dirty. 3rd stay here in three years and the quality just seems to be going downhill.

They only supplied us with 2 towels for 4 adults, and when we asked for more, they said they were out, for over 12 hours. A/C barely kept the room coolish and there were clumps of hair left in the shower.

The room had a decent space and the beds looked cleaned how ever the A/C unit was very very dusty and the whole room had a bad smell of either mold / very humid. Personally I will not stay in a hotel that is not one closed building as this one anyone from the street could’ve access to the door of the room we stayed, specially with kids. One last observation, the big picture of decoration that was in the room has mold on the along the side. Staff was friendly the building itself it seems too old and with not good maintenance.

After a long day at the Kennedy Space Center my wife and I came to our first night stay and a bed that was harder than some floors that I've slept on, A nasty musty smell, and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. When we brought this up to staff, they offered us another room. In that room, the toilet didn't flush the musty smell remained, and there were more dead bugs. We then requested a refund and drove home across the state that night 4 days later. We're still waiting on hotel admin to process the refund. Stay literally anywhere else, sleep in your car if you have to at least your saving money.

My family of 4 that included our 2 teenagers stayed here for 4 nights. The first night was very uncomfortable because the ac couldn’t keep up and was terribly hot. They moved us to a unit next door the following day. The ac worked a little better, but we did have to purchase a fan from Walmart to keep the other side of the room comfortable. They never wanted to give us more than 2 towels in our room. Every day we had to ask for extra towels for the 4 of us. The rooms are very small, and it said they were queen size beds but they were smaller. The breakfast was very good each day, I will say that. This would be an ok place to stay for just 1 night or for 1 or 2 people. But for several days with more than 2 people it was not comfortable at all. The staff was very kind, and the price was very reasonable. But in the end, I would have rather paid more for a nicer room at another hotel for my family.

The room had a stale smell .There were bugs that got inside our suitcase. Therefore we had throw our clothes out! We were not pleased at all! We will never stay there again.

Only needed for 1 night. It was well located. The check-in was easy. Breakfast was adequate.

This was terrible. We arrived late (around 11 pm). We were in the room about an hour before my husband and I decided there was no way we could sleep in that room. There were bugs (alive and dead) everywhere. Since the doors open to the outside, I would understand if there was a big that got in, but they were everywhere. Drain flies in the sink, dead bugs in the shower and almost every single drawer, tiny beetles alive on the floor. It looked like they didn't even attempt to sweep or clean the room with dirt everywhere. There was a dead bug that looked like a small roach on the nightstand as well as remnants from where it looked like someone had rolled a joint. The more we looked around, the now we started worrying that a room in that condition could have begun bugs so we tore back the covers to look. One of the mattresses was cut open on the side with rusty bedsprings. We knew the room was not going to be amazing because of the price but we were only going to be there a few hours before leaving for a cruise. However I do expect a room that is clean and pest free regardless of price. We have NEVER left a hotel but we did for this one. I told the man at the desk and he didn't say anything. I said, "Don't you have something to say or at least an apology for the conditions?" His response -"not my problem." Unacceptable all the way around. Do not stay. The parking lot is also dark and sketchy. They would not refund either, saying I needed to take it up with the manager in 3 days.
