everything about this was great. I felt comfortable and safe staying here. there’s really nothing I didn’t dislike about the hotel. Everything was perfect.

Crumbs left on the floor. Floor smelled very bad like dirty mop water. Smell was overwhelming.

Close to a good restaurant

I stay there once a month for 4 to 7 days I love it there it's very clean always set up nice in the rooms towels,toilet paper kleenex stove refrigerator wi fi cable soap, shampoo and the staff are the nicest people I ever met there really fantastic! Laundry mat new machines fresh coffee in the a.m. yogert boiled eggs muffins oatmeal 😋 very nice if I were to rate it A thru F I'd give it a triple AAA I wouldnt stay any place else and it's reasonably priced. ENJOY 😉

Close to the Kennedy space center

Room was not set up when i got there. Bed was missing blanket, sheets, pillow covers and trash in room was overflowing.

The location, but there are plenty of other hotels in this location. Elevator was broken and we only could get rooms on the third floor. AC was not working in the handicapped room and no other room available. Staff couldn't or would not help since we used booking.com.

Location was good for our needs on this trip. Despite the horrible smell in our room, the bathroom seemed pretty clean. I liked the little kitchenette and large refrigerator (also clean). When we walked into our room, we immediately noticed a bad smell. I chalked it up to some weird cleaning chemical at first, but then at night while I was sleeping, the smell intensified to the most awful smell of mold/sulfur/sewage and I couldn’t even sleep because it was so bad. We were wondering if it was coming from the air conditioner and even went so far as to try to clean out the air conditioner filters. We covered all the drains with cups. Nothing seemed to be working. I asked for a change of room the next day and was told that the place was fully booked. Apparently, the construction workers use this hotel to stay at when they’re on a job nearby. We stayed for the rest of our nights, trying to manage the smell by covering the drains and not running the air conditioner, which seemed to help a little with the smell and make it tolerable to finish our stay until we could get out of there. Oh and there was a huge cockroach on the floor right when we exited the elevator. It was there for at least a full day before it was finally cleaned up.

Room 318 was organized. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The bathroom vanity and shower walls were stained and at first sight looked like was not cleaned but realized were stained. For breakfast, they serve limited grab and go food (boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins and protein bar) and not continental breakfast, hot food.

Location. When settled down for the night, getting into bed noticed bed sheets and pillow cases not washed. (Stunk Badly). Was asked for me to bring pillows and sheets down to front desk and get new ones. Then after returning sheets and pillows to front desk was told they don't have any xtra. I had to ask for a new room and I got an attitude from hotel personnel. Next day key card didn't work so I went down to front desk and no one there to help. I went to the opened door in back and was told not to enter as I witnessed all staff sitting and doing nothing, I asked if anyone is working front desk and got another attitude. Every night men playing cards and grilling outside of back entrance. This place very unprofessional and needing new management.

Perfect ! But very light breakfast

Not my favorite place to stay. Odor smelled like sewer.

Hotel was fine but a musty smell which is somewhat typical for Florida was in the room. I am only complaining about this because I stayed in 3 hotels in 3 nights and this was the only one with this musty smell.

Terrible the rooms smelled like mold and I was locked out of my room I had medication I needed and was told good luck I have to wait until 9am when I needed to take my medicine at 7am
