Good deal for the price. The bedding was slightly damp when we got into bed

We stayed in room 307 and it smelt extremely musty. The air conditioning had lots of water so I think there was a mold issue. Also, the staff could be friendlier.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience we had regarding a recent hotel reservation and to request a refund due to the significant issues encountered. When our employee, Sergio, attempted to check in, he was informed that payment had not been received and was asked to pay for the room himself. To resolve the issue, I contacted the hotel directly and spoke with the front desk staff. During that conversation, I encountered several concerns: • The front desk associate stated she did not know how to access or use email. • I was informed that the hotel does not utilize credit card authorization forms. • I was instructed to make payment through the hotel's website, even though the reservation was made through Booking.com, not directly with the hotel. • I was provided with a customer service phone number; however, it was after business hours, and no assistance was available. As a result, Sergio—after working all day outdoors in the Florida heat—was unable to check into his room and was forced to drive more than two hours back to Jacksonville, Florida. Additionally, this was not the first issue with this reservation. When two of my other crew members checked in on July 13, they had reserved rooms with two double beds but were instead assigned rooms with king beds. I confirmed with both employees that they had not requested any changes to their reservations. Due to these repeated issues, I have lost confidence in both this hotel and the Booking.com reservation process. I do not intend to use Booking.com or book accommodations at this property again. Given the inconvenience, the failure to honor the reservations as booked, and the inability to provide accommodations upon arrival, I believe a full refund is warranted. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Thank you, Angie (on behalf of Sergio) Branch Admin

After only a few hours in the room, I decided to cancel my reservation. This is one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. In addition to the bugs, stains on the bed covers, stains on the curtain and spider webs, broken trim, rusty lamps, urine left on the side of the toilet, some other form of dried liquid on the edge of the tub, the water took 20 minutes to heat up and still was only barely warm enough to shower in. Not too mention the very poor water pressure and extremely slippery tub.

The hotel advertises that breakfast is included, but the actual offering was quite disappointing. It mainly consisted of high-calorie pastries and energy bars. There wasn’t even basic breakfast food like bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit, or other simple options. Calling this a “breakfast” feels misleading. I hope the hotel either improves the selection or sets more accurate expectations in its listing. If breakfast is important to you, I would suggest looking elsewhere or planning to eat outside the hotel.

Only thing is that the water from the shower seems oily when interacted with soap. Like glycerine feel. Need to be looked at and correct it if contaminated.

Close location to port Canaveral without paying the prices that are close to port. The bed and sheets and room felt humid and wet. Breakfast was a joke.

It used to be better. But my last 4 stays I have noticed stinky smell from the beds. I wasn’t able to sleep. They have yo improve on cleanliness.

Room was big and clean, no hair dryer, so could not wash my long hair only one little soap bar for 3 people, no shampoo, conditioner, no body wash , no lotion, you have to take out your trash , empty all trash cans from the bathroom and the room /otherwise there is $25 fee, no big mirror in the room, only mirror is located in the bathroom. Continental breakfast is cold, I would not call that breakfast, its snack - granola bar, muffins, bags of oatmeal and clementines, hot water and coffee and creamer, that is it. Only plus was the location only 20 mins from NASA.

The lobby and rooms were clean. My disappointment was that the rooms smelled musty, there was very little water pressure in the shower, and the mattresses made noises whenever you readjusted (not like an old mattress, but rather like a plastic covering crinkling every time you move).
