Room was big and clean, no hair dryer, so could not wash my long hair only one little soap bar for 3 people, no shampoo, conditioner, no body wash , no lotion, you have to take out your trash , empty all trash cans from the bathroom and the room /otherwise there is $25 fee, no big mirror in the room, only mirror is located in the bathroom. Continental breakfast is cold, I would not call that breakfast, its snack - granola bar, muffins, bags of oatmeal and clementines, hot water and coffee and creamer, that is it. Only plus was the location only 20 mins from NASA.

The lobby and rooms were clean. My disappointment was that the rooms smelled musty, there was very little water pressure in the shower, and the mattresses made noises whenever you readjusted (not like an old mattress, but rather like a plastic covering crinkling every time you move).

Everything was good with the exception of the breakfast, they really don't provide a hot breakfast. It's more like snacks ex: muffins, nutri grain bars, and coffee.

The staff are 5 star! Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise and it was a convenient location for that. However, the carpets were filthy and littered with trash, the hallways smelled, the room smelled like the last person’s cooking, the “sheets” barely fit the bed, and the breakfast was nonexistent.

Our shower was clogged with hair and would not drain. Amenities included a bar of soap, no shampoo or hair dryer. Continental breakfast was a packaged muffin.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. It was very clean, easy and friendly check in. It was very easy to find a parking spot and it was less than 2 miles from one of our favorite restaurants, Sonny’s Barbecue.

Great hotel would definitely stay again !

Reasonable price, clean, helpful staff. No coffee in rooms. Ice machine only on first floor.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay, since we were only going to be there 4hrs. For $100 I was expecting a little more. Staff was helpful, but everything else was bad. The carpet in hallway going to the room was nasty. It needed vacuuming, someone made repairs to the sheet rock on wall and left all the clipping on rug. The room smelled like mildew. It was a place truck drivers stayed or a place for a quick fix. IYKYK

The pool was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely delightful. especially after my daughter accidentally burned herself on some hot chocolate. they swooped in like angels cleaned up the mess without a blink of an eye. while another staff member got her some burn cream. they really made sure that she was well taken care of. I will say that when it comes to the breakfast we were pretty disappointed with the options for breakfast. At previous hotels I've stayed when they offer "free breakfast" you would usually get things like sausage links, eggs and waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc. unfortunately they advertise a "healthy breakfast" it's a bunch of heavily processed muffins, fig bars, oatmeal packets, and grits. they also had strawberry yogurt and some funny tasting hard boiled eggs in a cooler definitely doesn't meet the usual standards of other commercial hotels free breakfast.

I booked and paid through Expedia, but upon arrival the receptionist claimed my reservation wasn’t paid. I showed the receipt and confirmation number, but she wouldn’t help. After Expedia got involved, we found out she had created a second reservation because she couldn’t find the original one. I thought the issue was resolved, but then they woke me up at 2 AM asking for my confirmation number. Seriously? Who calls a guest in the middle of the night for that? Complete incompetence and a very frustrating experience.

Nice place

Rusty refrigerator. Granted it was the outside, but still not a good look. And….I had a need for a band aid and failed to pack my first aid kit. So, I went to the front desk to ask for a band aid. I was told there was not a first aid kit available so…no band aid. Seriously…..no first aid kit on hand?

It was really hot in the room, even after the air was turned on during the night. There was hair in my shower that wasn’t mine or any of my guests and Blood or wine stain in front of the sink in the bathroom.
