Arrived to spend the night and the front desk employee wanted to charge me $5.00 for parking. What a shame, I’m already paid for the room and now the want me to pay for parking! I’m surprised they didn’t charge me to use the elevator. Something is way wrong with the way Comfort Inn is conducting business.

We stayed over night the day before going on a cruise. The staff was great. It was definitely worth the money if your looking for a place in or near Titusville this is the place.

I want to start by saying how amazing and helpful the staff were!! I had made reservations at a different hotel and when I got there, that other hotel smelled like mold and was less than acceptable. I cancelled that reservation after seeing the room and then drove to Comfort Suites and made my reservation from their parking lot. Yes, it was more money, however the quality of the hotel and staff made it worth every dollar. As soon as I walked in, the young man was so kind and happy. I explained my experience, because I was coughing from an asthma attack that I hadn't had in 30 years, he quickly got me some water and then a cup of coffee. He got me all checked in and I could decompress in an amazing room. After I got settled, I went back down to the young man at the counter and he helped me find the nearest beach so I could have my feet in the ocean! When I came back that evening, he was still there smiling to greet me and asked about my day! Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Plenty of options of hot foods, along with muffins, yogurt, bagels, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. Day 2, my son and I needed some paperwork printed and the sweet girl at the counter went above and beyond to get us everything we need for our business trip. Every day there was phenomenal. When I am back in the area, I will absolutely be staying here and recommending this hotel to anyone I know! Thanks for everything!

Be aware that the parking fee is not 3 dollars like expedia states. It was 5 dollars. Kind of misleading.

Busy hotel but very clean. The lady who runs the breakfast was very attentive and kept up with the demand. One of the better breakfasts we’ve had in this type of hotel. The staff were also very friendly. The rooms were very clean and location was convenient to Kennedy Space Center.

El hotel en general está bien, luce nuevo, pero necesita mejor limpieza, los pasillos estuvieron sucios todo el weekend y el lunes lo que ponen es un robot que igual deja la alfombra sucia, igual la piscina lucia sucia. La habitación grande, limpia y bien equipada, solo que no pude conectar Netflix en el TV. El desayuno no nos gustó para nada, yo viaje con mis 2 niños y apenas pudimos comer algo, necesitan más variedad como frutas frescas, bacon y mejor café sin dudas

Clean room, comfortable pillows and bed, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious, good location, parking lot is easy to in and out, and the steak restaurant cross the street must try!
