The sofa bed was terrible, You could feel the horizontal rails all throughout. We had an adult son sleep there, and he complained so much about not being able to sleep. so I tried the bed, and it was worse than he said. The mattress needs to be replaced or told to the customer that it shouldn't be used.

The had a no pets sign up so they apparently don't welcome even service dogs. There wasn't any one at the desk when we arrived, someone had to go get both of them out of a back room. We couldn't swim because the pool was dirty - apparently it rained and they didn't call anyone in to clean the pool until around 7 am and it was a slow tedious process. I really believe we should not have stayed here. The breakfast was substandard, bacon was burnt and the eggs were overdone. My companion did like the waffle. Will not stay again.

Not ready to accomodate many guests, 1 elevator broken, had to take the stairs, didn't have sheets for sofa bed, no more laundry soap to sell, was told to go to Walgreens, long lines for breakfast, if you are planning staying over before a cruise, this hotel can be fully booked and can't handle it.

Clean and welcoming! Unfortunately there was only one elevator working so we took the stairs to our room each time. The front desk was very helpful!

Rooms OK but no shower gel, only shampoo and conditioner.

The hallway is not maintained very well. It stinks every time we get out of the elevator on the way to our room. It may be that the garbage just beside the elevators are not cleaned regularly.

We always stay here right before a cruise and it is a great place to stay for a night or two.

Breakfast was adequate and filling. Laundry machines need to accept card or coin properly. Hotel should have more than 2 elevators. the lack of a service elevator required the housekeeping staff to use guest elevators and during high occupancy, the wait times were too long.
