Great location One roach crawling across floor in my room

First impressions were good. But the more I looked the more I saw. Questionable topical stains on the furniture, lamp base with weird dried dark stuff, I also killed a single German cockroach in the room. I realize that could have been from someone’s luggage etc but it didn’t feel great. Floor molding near the door was broken off and door frame appeared to have been replaced but not painted. Bathroom vanity had no counter at all. We literally have our toothpaste and deodorant on the tv stand as it was the nearest surface. 4/10. Would not recommend

Staff were great!! The room was relatively clean and pool was nice. Breakfast didn't offer any hot food items except waffles. It appeared that there were people living in some of the rooms on the second floor and there was a congregation of 10 - 12 people up in front of one of the rooms. It didn't feel very safe.

Staff immediately brought a shower chair for my husband! When y’all “sell” a handicapped accessible room, it needs more than a shower stool and grab bars around the toilet. The toilet should be higher. And the shower should be walk in, not a tub where you have to lift your leg over. Also, a comfortable arm chair that sits like a dinning room chair, in other words, not too low. Although the sink was set up for a wheelchair, there was no counter space to put things around the sink. One side should be available for use. There was no “closet space” either, with low and high bars. Please do better. The staff were good! And you hired disabled folks to work there! Other than yogurt, there was no protein offered for breakfast. Not all of us can eat waffles and bread products. The coffee was good !!

Good experience the last 3 times I've gone. Good prices. Everyone's friendly. Rooms are always spotless when entering. Free breakfast is nice. And always parking near the room

The room was gross, dirt and had many bugs. I killed 7 cockroaches in less than a day before checking out early. The microwave was rotting and the mini fridge was moldy. I strongly recommend against this property.

First sight everything is clean,and welcoming,I’ve enjoyed my stay here truthfully ,I unfortunately didnt take advantage of neither the free breakfast or the pool, was honestly just a place to sleep for me. My only complaint is the rooms can be tidied up a bit better, the shower was pretty dirty if I was to sit there and analyze it and my roommates bedsheets were dirty, not a complaint on the property but the neighboring rooms were quite loud but that’s just people I guess, nonetheless I’d definitely come back and stay here again :)

For 4.8 stars I thought I would get a better room. I couldnt even give my kids a bath in the tub.

Dated but clean and convenient.

Room was clean...bed very comfortable...tub and shower dated...a/c unit worked well...no carpet , tile floors in room :(...continental breakfast was very sparse....this hotel was sufficient for our one night stay but would not book any extended time.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was average. The air conditioner did not work well in our room. It wasn't terrible but it was a bit warm when trying to sleep.
