Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

Room unfortunately smelled moldy or like of humid. It was ok to bare with. Except that it was nice and big with good amenities.

My toilet was wabbling, no water pressure, chair was broken and the arm was falling off, could not get a stopped for the tub....they were informed on Sunday after I arrived and as of Thursday night nothing was fixed

The staff was nice room 117 was smelly and dirty the curtains had stains all over them, the bathroom needed a good scrubbing very dirty thank goodness was it was only for a late night stay we left early for a cruise, need to do better with cleaning The cleanliness of the whole room

Adequate lodging for the price. Ac in the room was noisy and underpowered for the space. Convenient location and very nice desk staff.

This hotel was clean, close to good restaurants! The room was clean, well maintained and did not have to ask for anything extra! Breakfast was great and staff super helpful! Pool looked amazing but did not use!!! It was a great stay and great price!!!

Everything was great except the musty smell at night. The air conditioning was messed up.

I wouldn’t stay here again. My room had a musty smell and it was bad. Toilet wobbled. Shower had very low pressure. Towels had black marks on them. Too blankets also had dirt or stains on them. If I wasn’t traveling by myself, I’d have asked for a new room or left my money in the table and went elsewhere. Should’ve stayed at the Hilton across the street where my brother was. Breakfast was minimal for continental. Waffle, bagel and coffee mainly.

First room microwave didn’t work then the lights all went out they had to change me to another room also the towels were white with his spots on them. So yea other then that it’s was ok

The place stank and damp, had to buy air fresheners to give a small improvement. I would of booked another room elsewhere if there were any available

Exceptional

Been using this hotel for awhile but after our last stay we will definitely NOT be back again! Arrived at 3pm for check in and got to our room and the room was not cleaned. Bed was not made and towel ect still on the floor. After I let the office know I waited 2 hours to come back and the bed was clearly just made back and the sheets and bedding wasn't changed. Also, I noticed blood on the sheets. I waited yet again to have the sheets changed infront of me. Again we will NOT be coming back here.

The quilt had an odor; I suspect it hadn't been washed in a long time. The sink was too low, which was very uncomfortable.
