The rooms smelled like roach spray and the room was dirty just was not happy at all

Place is so outdated, like the property management doesn’t want or care to upgrade to a more modern hotel. Staff was nice overall

The room was moldy and smelled awful. There was bed bugs and the room door had a gap in it

Room was clean, and comfortable. Service was pretty accommodating with the day manager who went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable. We were still in the pool after dusk on the first evening of our arrival, which Day Manager said was okay, but night manager made us leave. The following evening, another family was still in the pool well after 10pm and was not made to leave. I found that a bit disconcerting.. Coffee pot did not work consistently so had to wait to get coffee until breakfast, lamp on the table/desk would not work. No phone service in the room even though there was a phone. Unable to call office for clean towels, had to find someone and request them

    It was okay.

The rooms stink like an old musty house! The first room I had smelled so bad I asked for a different room, they gave me a different room and I left my stuff in the car and went to my meetings when I returned my key wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk and my room had been given so someone else and I was given a third room that stunk. I got up in the night to use the restroom and my feet were black on the bottoms where the floors were nasty and not cleaned. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location fine, breakfast was not for me. All you had was waffle bagles and bread. I don't those things Air condition in room did not circulate, the front door was cool and that's it.

Price was the best price. Gentleman at front desk where very nice Found roaches in on room, they sent us to another where where we also found roaches and a terrible musky smell (I do pest control so I know it’s roach pheromones from a terrible infestation)

Upon going into the room we immediately checked it out make sure clean sheets, bathroom, no bugs of any kind. Beds didn't have any stains and no bugs. However the toilet/shower area was not what I expected. The handicap rail was not securely attached to the wall. It was very wiggly. There was a ring around the tub. Also mold all around the bathtub seal. Rust on the doorframe of the bathroom door. We stood on a towel during a shower because didn't want to make direct contact with the tub. Towel had a dirt mark and a clump of hair. The sink is way too low. It was the perfect height for my 6yr. Old. Imagine an adult standing at it brushing their teeth. People were around our door at 12am yelling diarrhea and hearing someone vomiting right outside. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Air conditioner "worked" i wouldn't say it cooled the room just mainly the direct part of the room. I slept the night with no covers because it was warm with the AC set to 65 which was the lowest setting. The floors were DISGUSTING. My kids feet were BLACK. Those floors are NEVER mopped. I could tell when we stepped in. I had to wear socks the entire time. No way was I touching the floor barefoot. Only stayed for 1 night. I wouldn't had last more than that. I guess it's what I expected from a budget hotel. I won't be staying here again.

    • Very good breakfast buffet • Close to Kennedy Space Center Cons: • Toilet was broken in our room when we arrived. I called to have someone fix it, and was told I would have to fix it myself because the person up front could not leave. • No room service on any day. We had to go to the office to ask for towels each time. • Pool was not clean.

Upon arrival I had to stand at the front desk for roughly 20 minutes while the staff on duty "Patel" who was clearly visible out the back door smoking marijuana. When he finally entered, he reeked of marijuana was stumbling and clearly impaired. The first room I was given had a strong odor of mold as soon as you walked in the door, upon investigation the AC unit vent was full of black mold. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The next room I was given was slightly cleaner and the odor was less. After wiping down most of the room with Clorox wipes it was semi acceptable. I should have immediately went to a different hotel, but it was late and I had just driven 12 hrs. The next day we were awoken by yelling outside our room with what appeared to be the local section 8 folks. We left for the day and returned that night to witness what appeared to be some shady deals in the parking lot. We had originally planned to stay in the area for 3 nights but ended up leaving after the second night. I reached out to Expedia and the Hotel about being compensated for this horrific stay and was told by the Hotel manager that wasn't going to happen. So here I am, you may have kept my money, but I can promise you my review will cost you more in lost business in the future!

We stayed here in March, and while it wasn’t great, it was acceptable for the price. This stay was an absolute nightmare. The staff acted annoyed by even the simplest questions. When I asked where I could buy a bottle of water, I was directed to what appeared to be a staff break room that looked more like a homeless shelter than part of a hotel. The smell of marijuana was so overwhelming that my clothes smelled like weed after standing there for less than a minute just to use the vending machine—the only place on the property to get a drink. Our first room was completely uninhabitable. The security latch on the door was missing, the room was damp, and a dehumidifier was running because it reeked of mold and mildew. The carpet was sticky, the shower barely worked, the microwave was broken, the TV remote was filthy and sticky, the curtains wouldn’t close, and the toilet clogged after nothing more than urinating. We were moved to a second room, only to find another dehumidifier, the same overwhelming moldy smell, and another dirty room. At that point, it was obvious this wasn’t a room problem—it was a hotel problem. I don’t expect luxury from a budget hotel, but I do expect basic cleanliness, safety, and working amenities. This property failed every single one of those expectations. It was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to book somewhere else.

We were in town for my son’s wedding and my elderly parents stayed there. The people at the front desk didn’t see that they were older, so they weren’t offered rooms with any kind of assistance bars or anything like that. In actuality, we forgot to mention it as well, so both of us bear the blame. The hotel has been recently renovated, and that’s nice. But it was still mediocre. We would come back, but if you need somewhere to lay your head, this is good. Otherwise, if you’re looking for classy accommodations, move on.

The pool had bad algae in it. The rooms were pretty ran down. Very dusty vents.

Booked hotel specifically for use of pool. Upon arrival the pool was closed, front desk shrugged shoulders and continued about his business. Got to room and it had an unidentifiable smell. It was so bad I purchased candles and it did not help. The door though deadbolted there was a gap at the bottom of door where I could see the sunlight coming in. Considered moving chair to block door but once I dragged chair there were dead roaches there. I ended up leaving and not spending the two nights I paid for. Too many unfavorable things that made me uncomfortable. Will not stay again
