Reservation was made with incorrect dates. Hotel would not change dates and would not cancel or move dates to correct dates. They did not refund me. I will not stay there again. Lesson learned!!

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable, all of our needs were met for an overnight stay. If we needed to stay longer it would have accommodated our stay as well. The lobby was fun, when you walk in there's a NASA astronaut standing there if full gear, makes it unique. The breakfast was a marriott breakfast, perfectly fine, including their famous waffles.

They charge double with new rate. The lady who was check us in said the other shift check us out n check us back in with the new rate that is more expensive. She can’t figure it out and can’t solve the issue. We need to leave so she told us to keep checking our charges n give them a call if not fix. 2. The beds is not comfortable, very old

Pleasant stay. The best part of the hotel is definitely its excellent location. As for the room, the cleanliness was good, and the facilities and amenities meet expectations. The breakfast is decent, though it could use a bit more variety as it gets monotonous. The only negative detail is the service when it comes to replenishing room supplies, as it was a bit difficult to get toilet paper restocked.
