They do not have any tv streaming, just local channels. Each time I left my room I had to get my key reactivated. Deactivated every time. Chose this hotel because it has restaurant and my first night it was closed. But will say the food is delicious.

The hotel is a convenient place to stay if you are cruising and need close to port location for a good price. The staff is very nice and Trinity, at the front desk, was helpful in answering all our questions. She made us feel welcome.

Everything was good. The only thing was the room was warm and stuffy when entering due to air conditioner not on.

I called two times prior to arrival to request a first floor room. I was told I was good to go. When I arrived there were no first floor rooms available. They did comp us with free breakfast because of it.

It is a great place to stay. Beautiful family and really well kept. But I would have really liked at least a free continental breakfast and not just a restaurant.

The lobby is clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The sofa in the room was old and looked dingy. The carpet was old and dingy. They charge a fee for breakfast when hotels around them offered free breakfast. I just felt that I booked for a specific price but the fees that were tacked on made it no longer a deal and not worth the price. First room smelled musky, damp and Smokey. Second room was still a bit musky so I had to leave the ac low to help with the smell.

The light in our bathroom flashed when it was turned on, we told the staff about it the following day they said they would send maintenance up to fix it. Maintenance did not fix it. The only way we were able to use. The bathroom was to unscrew that lightbulb.
