The hotel was heavyly leaking water during the rain storm in the guest check-in front desk area in which they had buckets to take in the water. The remote in my room didn't work. The room however was clean and spacious.
-
The hotel was dilapited. We canceled our reservation and found a different place to stay.
-
no phones in room pool was not in working order Fire alarm went off at 6am. Only for a second then turned off. I had to use my phone to call the hotel to see what was going on.
-
Hotel staff said they are closed but other people were still staying there… I understand renovations are being made starting tomorrow after 11AM but other people were there plus they did not make travel sites aware that they were closing so I have to fight tooth and nail to get my money back.

make sure key cards are working !!
-
The staff were amazing and courteous. There is a pool but it’s been closed since Covid and the same applies to the breakfast amenity
-
Its an old property. We had a big storm that caused roofs to leak in room but to be fair it wasnt a normal storm. Everytime I left the room I needed to get a new key card to get back in.
-
At least the staff that I dealt with were nice.

Nice staff

-
Good place to stay.
-
Roaches were very present, room was very humid due to the A/C not working properly..
-
Update property out of date doors and keys not working services slow

Front desk staff was great. We checked in and lasted about 2 hours before we left immediately. The room was not good from the beginning, but we were planning to suck it up. It’s an old hotel that has been somewhat renovated. Honestly it’s nasty and stunk, but what ran us out was we opened a drawer and MULTIPLE roaches went scattering out. When I went to check out, the poor guy at the desk was as used to it. He knew right away it was due to conditions.

Smelled to much like smoke and the sheets were q but dirty
-
No microwave, no in room coffee pot; however, both were available in the lobby. Staff was nice and welcoming. Parking was perfect with a nighttime security guard. There was a Denny's Restaurant with a door in the lobby.
-
Smell of mildew and damaged everywhere
-
Dont be fooled by the online pictures of the rooms. The motel was old and room furnishings odd at best, the tv stand in our room looked it was an old kitchen base cabinet. the room card keys only worked half the time. You get what you pay for.
-
Rooms are okay, everything works, the motel is with 10 miles obviously the closest to the Kennedy Space Center.

The staff was nice but the facility had access doors that were not working. There was a strong smell of bleach and roaches in my room.
