The beds were uncomfortable. The bathtub was filthy. The water pressure was not good at all - a dribble of water came from the shower head and then would gush. I am not sure the beds even had clean linens. The parking lot had garbage in it and the landscaping really needs a refresh. This hotel is not appealing at all. We want be staying there again.

The water pressure in the shower and sink varied widely. The flow in the shower actually stopped briefly in the middle of my shower while I was covered with soap. Fortunately it came back on after about 30 seconds.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Room was bright, airy, and comfortable. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Bed was comfortable. It was slightly updated, but they couldn't have done more with the renovations. The bed facing the TV would have been a better layout and not facing the window. There was limited drawer space to put my clothes away.

No free breakfast. Overpriced for how the bathroom looked.

Musty smelling rooms. Very very small closet. Couldn't even close the door when you put clothes in it. No information in the room about the hotel or surrounding area. Doesn't even compare to the Courtyard by Marriott of Omaha.

It was ok, just not what I expected from a Courtyard hotel.

Location and price. The young lady at the front desk’s demeanor indicated she wasn’t pleased with her job. On three different occasions she made me feel like I inconvenienced her. No smile, interesting her lunch for a new key card, coffee pot not dispensing coffee like it was empty. If she’s unhappy with her job, maybe she should seek a different employer.

My stay at this hotel was good. The only concern I had was the shower was not clean - but other than that it was a nice stay. I would recommend staying here. The location is very good.
