Very nice and clean place in a good area easy to get to everything if needed anything by staff, it was taken care of.

The rooms were clean, which I appreciate. However, our toilet wouldn't flush easily. Also, I did find a bug on my bed the day of checkout, but lucky luckily it was just a silverfish... but a silverfish on the 4th floor. I would probably stay here again, though.

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay while driving from Dallas to Minnesota. We checked in around 1:30 a.m. after a long day on the road. The check-in process was quick and easy, and we were initially assigned room 128. Unfortunately, when we opened the door, we found the room had clearly not been cleaned. There were empty takeout containers, empty beer bottles, garbage, unmade beds, and the room was overall very dirty. We simply returned to the front desk, let the gentleman know what we found, and he promptly moved us to room 204 without any issues. Room 204 was clean and comfortable, and we slept well before getting back on the road the next morning.

I really didn’t get an opportunity to experience the entire hotel. I checked in did a few business calls in my room/kitchen and left for the evening. I came back late to get in bed and immediately start getting bites because of bedbugs. The hotel is booked up so I wasn’t able to get another room and I had to leave late in the evening.

Great place to stay. The carpets don’t feel grungy and great price point for quality and amenities. Very happy with this hotel compared to others!

Clean comfortable room

The only trouble we had was reserving thru Expedia.com which billed us for 2 rooms when we only needed one.

Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites.
