Good breakfast, great location, pet friendly, room was excellent (big, amenities), flexibility as we needed extra days

The only trouble we had was reserving thru Expedia.com which billed us for 2 rooms when we only needed one.

Location was good There were very noisy occupants in the room above us I called down to the desk twice about the noise and was told someone would go up a speak to them and ask if they could please be curious to there neighbors in the room below. The noise went on for the entirety of our stay . I come to visit my family twice a year and we love the area but I believe we will be finding other accommodations in the future. Thank you

Rooms were very big and spacious

Loved the room set up, it was great for my family. We could hear the people above us walking around.

Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites.

Convenient location, room was clean, very spacious When we checked into the room, the room seemed very dark without the windows open. There was a light fixture hanging from the ceiling that didn’t work.

The building in the picture looks new and it had excellent ratings. But, the rooms looked like some areas made get have had an update but not a full room update. (Like new tile in shower but not drain. New counters but very worn cabinets. ) It was clean which is my priority, but not the quality I would have expected for the price. I would possibly stay here again, but I also may look at other properties in the area.

Clean hotel

Hello, when we arrived at the hotel and walked in it was like a ghost town. I stood there looking around wondering who was going to check me in as I stood there your employee walked out with a straight face and had no personality at all. The beds were uncomfortably and rhe the toilet wouldn’t flush good and the walls were paper thin so I got to listen to the guy in the room next to me snore all night.

I liked that the rooms were nice and large. Provided enough room in the lobby area for breakfast. The toilets did not have enough water pressure to flush completely. It took at least 2 to 3 flushes for all to go down. The game room was hot. The TV in the game room did not work. The hockey table needs to be fixed. The walls and floors were very thin. When people walked in their rooms, it was loud in my room. Doors kept slamming.
