Baymont by Wyndham Topeka

First room was not clean including what looked like blood on the door. Second room. Was in the back and cleaner than the first but still not clean. Lots of people coming and going in parking lot. Several cars pulling up to my truck and then leaving. Did not feel like the equipment in the back of my truck was safe. Originally booked room for week but checked out the same night I checked in. I agreed to pay for first night and security deposit and they would refund me the rest of the week which did not happen. Had to pay for a full week and didn't even stay for an hour.

First room was dirty- so requested another room. (Dirty stained sheets and holes in them). Hair and dried pee on toilet and hair in shower. Bathroom floor dirty and even had a dead spider on the floor.

What a dive. This property should be condemned and torn down. Front desk staff was cold and rude. Room was old and in desperate need of renovation. Bathroom was ridiculously small. Never again will I stay at a Baymont - especially when in Topeka

Well, first off, they put us in a dirty room. Then the toilet in the second room didn't work. Finally got a decent room. Then they were Jack hammering. The concrete literally right outside our door on the second floor at seven o'clock at night. The onsite manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would recommend you completely avoid this place.

Disgusting room. Not at all helpful staff. NOT kid friendly. Would not recommend. Drive to the next town and stay there.

1st off did not hold the military discount price from $60 a night to $98 on my room price. Had no computer chair. Could not use the pool. The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. The room had no ice bucket or no disturbed sign. Then charged me another random 80 dollars! I need to talk to corporate as I am a lifetime blue member. Do not book or stay there! Also free breakfast was a joke. Went at 7 am and there was one egg and 2 soft souageges. Really nothing else but a jar of orange juice and water in ice. The worst place for that price i ever stayed at!

Room was ok. Had a gun hole in the ceiling, tub filled up while showering, it was very loud all night during my stay. People that were there played music till 2am as if it was a block party, no sleep, someone's kid kept crying. I literally got no sleep during my stay. The staff was friendly but their tenants have zero respect for visitors. I will not be returning to stay.

We checked out immediately after checking in. The lights didn’t work in our room. Once we finally got a light on we could see that the beds were not made, there was food trash in the trash cans and the room smelled of stale smoke. Not to mention that the room next to us had their AC torn apart and being worked on. So much for trying to save a few bucks.

Bed was comfortable building old and not well maintained

Air conditioner took a bit to cool down the dampness of the room.

I checked out right after checking in and told them to cancel. Did not appear to be a safe environment for me.

Ok for price.

My room was in bad shape; everything was very dirty. There was urine all over the bathroom, the bathtub was filthy with flies buzzing around, and everything smells bad.

The sheets and towels were clean. Stain on the room’s carpet. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok, With eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, yogurt, and coffee. The property was being repaired at places outside.
