It was a place to stay. No washcloths, no top sheet, floors in the hall were very dirty. No Continental breakfast was ever put out. The TV only got one channel and the room smelled like smoke. Also the hair dryer was broken and they never brought another one!!

Very dirty and had bugs, the vents were covered in some type of mold and dust, don’t go here u gon go back home with roaches

It was pet friendly and we had a place to shut our eyes and then continue driving in morning. It was dirty, broken, a lot of damage to where I had to take pictures to make sure I would get the damage deposit back. There was no breakfast, no trash can, bedding was dirty, burn holes in the sink, sticky floor, fist size holes in the doors.

Many things....advertised breakfast was packaged food, shady characters outside, filthy, scary looking staff, overpriced....

Just don't do it, spend the extra money to feel safe and clean. The hotel staff were an interesting mix of individuals. What put us off was the fact that employees seemed to hang out at the hotel, even outside late at night. I initially left a review on the hotel's website to let them know that this was weird. They emailed back, probably with AI, that their cameras didn't catch this. The manager also somehow contrived that we had talked to a manager about our room smelling like smoke. We didn't have the time to do this, but requested a refund instead because we had booked a non-smoking room. I had made assumptions on why many employees were there in my original review, and was strongly warned about judgements made on employee's past actions. Despite that, they still sucked at cleaning. The room was less than acceptable. I thought they had just mopped, turns out the floor was so sticky that it felt wet. My feet were instantly dark with dirt. The amenities advertised were not included like free breakfast. Even basic room amenities like a hair dryer, functioning microwave and phone, and iron were not included. Many areas needed a thorough deep cleaning, including the bathtub. I left with many bug bites from mosquitoes gathering in the bathroom area, although my initial thought was that it had been bed bugs.

It was filthy, my feet stuck to the floor because they’d add some glue or gummy stuff to the floor so the tiles would stick and the floor was separating. The pool was a soupy looking blue- you couldn’t see the bottom. It smelled like mold

staff wasn't helpful we did not have a smoke detector in her room there was roaches in the bathroom there was bugs in the Pool

The manager Jennifer was extremely nice and friendly. The house keeper Trevor went above and beyond when needing fresh towels. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family. Nothing. The room was clean. Everything was better than I expected.
