Things was broken all over the room…the blackout thing was broken… it was dirty… staff was rude… air conditioning was not working right

It was in a very convenient location On the day of check in the young lady who helped us was great... but all the male staff afterwards weren't that inviting or helpful.

The room was clean but it smelled musty. The floors were sticky. Carpet and tile both. The closet smelled so musty that my clothes smelled like it. The carpet felt damp so I didn’t walk without shoes on after I first took my shoes off. The bed,pillows, blanket and towels were fine. Just the floor and closet

As we were sleeping pieces of the ceiling we falling on us. I told the gentleman at the front desk and he said oh ok thanks for letting me know.

I really liked how convenient it was off the interstate. I also like that they are pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. I looked at a hotel with a rival chain that charged more than double for the pet fee. The pet fee was actually more than the cost of the room at their competitor! My room was clean and the staff was really friendly. I slept like a rock! My only advice would be to please put better coffee in the rooms. There were only two little coffee packets of regular coffee and when I opened the package, one of them was ripped and had spilled inside the package. The last remaining one when I brewed the little pot of coffee, it basically tasted like water. Other than that, I had no real complaints.

Little long in the tooth. May need upgrading soon.

other than the loud neighbors the first night and the bad storm the last night it was a pleasant stay

The room was ok except the carpet was disgustingly dirty. My feet stuck to it in places. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was very quiet.

Everything was wonderful. My only bad review is the lighting in the bathroom area. Terrible lighting for the mirror. I believe there are many older travelers who would appreciate more natural lighting.

Check in was easy and the room was quiet and clean.

The hotel was a very attractive and clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that the atmosphere was fairly quiet despite it being a busy weekend at the hotel (graduation weekend for local university and high school). The parking was well lit and would have been sufficient had a semi truck not parked sideways across an entire row of spots one night. The room was comfortable and nicely finished, although probably due for some renovations as the trim tiles in the bathroom had come off the wall, and some trim was peeling off of the microwave cabinet. Overall it was a great stay, though.

Easy check in and out. Easy access from 470. Super comfy beds and breakfast was very nice.
