Great location, easy to get to off the highway - large rooms, very comfy bed - friendly staff - good breakfast

Felt safe. Clean. Good hospitality overall. Breakfast didn’t seem to live up to Hampton experience. Granted, there was a ballteam that came through before us one morning, but the pancake batter was very thin both days, and they ran out of the regular batter by day two, as well as the light syrup. Light coffee ran out before we got there on day two. Both days we had to wait on eggs and/or sausage because theyd ran out. Not a great breakfast either day. My bed was hard. Everything else seemed fine.

My recent stay at this Hampton Inn was remarkably poor and missed every mark for quality and comfort. The pet-friendly designation is misleading, offering an unsafe and unmaintained dog relief area directly alongside the building. Inside, the rooms featured old, rundown furniture and zero sound insulation, allowing every noise from nearby rooms to filter right through. The breakfast options were completely unappealing and largely inedible, while the staff members were unfriendly and visibly unhappy to be at work. For a trusted brand like Hampton Inn, the state of this property is unacceptable, and I expected a far higher standard of hospitality.

Coffee in room. Desk was appreciated. Bed was comfortable. It was very much in need of updating. Rip at top of curtain, looking kinda shabby. Things were worn.

Loved the lobby and area for gathering with family. Some of the chairs needed some TLC but still felt warm and welcoming.

Great hotel, Good breakfast. Staff on 24/7. I had a delay and there was someone to greet me in the very early morning. Recommend!

Arrived about 11pm NO NO parking.... Hotel beside full Had to park along a street Quite a jaunt away. many others came in after us complaining and parked right in the driveways.

Hot tub was great , pool was very cold. Breakfast was great! Bed could have been more comfortable! Staff was very nice! Planning on staying again.

Rooms were clean, cool once we set the temp to our preference, fully stocked. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool was nice, acoustics made for fun singing since we were the only ones in there. Everyone was polite and friendly and we would definitely stay again. This is my second stay while traveling through this area, the first was 3 years ago. The place is as good as it was then, hasn’t aged much. The breakfast was satisfying, enough to get us started on our day and not have to stop for a while. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone.

The beds and pillows were excellent! The breakfast had an omelette that was delicious. Most places don’t have omelettes. The TV service was horrible. Everything kept freezing up on regular TV.
