Clean room, clean laundry room, nice staff, free parking.

Did not eat the breakfast due to the roaches in the hotel. There were bedbugs, roaches and the facility was not clean. Staff were not concerned about the bedbugs or roaches. I slept in my car after day 1 and moved to a different hotel and not refund was given.

Have stayed at this hotel for a few weeks in the past and occasionally still do. Very happy with hotel & staff. N/a

Stayed one night, came home with bed bug bites. Night employee wasn’t in office when we went to check in. Had to wait about 20 minutes for them to show up, after ringing bell and making phone calls.

I liked that I could have my mastiff and boxer with me. The air worked well. Thats it.

This room was a dump. Room door was getting stuck, had a hard time closing bathroom door, the refrigerator door was on its last hinges, air-conditioning was making a lot of noise every time it restarted, it was on auto. The shower curtain smell so bad, we left the bathroom door open when we went out for a couple hours. When we got back the whole room smell so bad. I mean like . We had to keep the doors closed the whole time we were there. For the amount of money we spent on this room it was not worth it. So disappointing for best western and I'm a member. Clerk didn't want to give us a different room.

I can't say that I liked anything. The office was closed when I arrived, even though I had stated I would arrive late. This is very upsetting to have to rebook something with little knowledge about the location or city. When I arrived at the property, the office was locked and closed, and no one was available to assist with check-in. As a result, I was unable to access the room and had to find alternative accommodations for the night. I am hoping that the charges will be removed.

Convenient to amenities and access to other towns, quiet and serene for someone needing laidback experience. I will visit again. Maybe add a kettle and cup for coffee, else I loved the experience.

That's I was out of the rain Electricity was out multiple times only here. No ac most of the night. Bathroom was never cleaned and still dirty towels and soap and shampoo from the guest before me. Toilet seat was broke.

Normally we can make do wherever! We travel alot and have stayed in the best and camped out in the worst. This was among the worst. It has a very dirty feel. It smells...dirty. The people staying there, lives there and that usually tells the story. I wouldn't stay again. Ever. The gal who checked us in couldnt see! She had lost her hlasses- bless her heart. But she was 2 inches away from the screen and the the keyboard. It took a very long time to check in. Just dont stay

nothing There were cockroaches and if your going to have a smoking rooms then at least try to clean and put airfreshners to help with the smell

The GM Tori is phenomenal!!! The elevator smelled like someone had smoked in it and one of the rooms smelled like moth balls. Rooms otherwise were clean and staff was exceptional

The sheets and pillowcase are smell like cigarette smoke

Get what you pay for. Stayed here last minute for a wrestling tournament. Room has cockroachs, holes in walls, ac/heat didn't work, dirty, whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Don't waste your time

Room was nice size No coffee cups and bed was not a queen
