One of the people in our party got stuck in the elevator and had to wait for a technician to get dispatched to let him out.

The property is located near the freeway and near a shopping complex. The pictures are much nicer than the actual place. The front desk person was amazingly helpful, however, they had a person in the lobby sitting that was not a guest at the property. There was some police action and some of the people living there are long term tenants and it did not feel as safe. The elevator is old and small and the hallway carpets need cleaning. The room has an old stove and a tiny fridge for a kitchenette. Expedia mentions breakfast, however there was none, they offered a muffin and cold watery drip coffee. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

The elevator was not working and no notice was given. When you walk into the second floor it immediately smelled like filth. Going into the room was the same. Like the odors were embedded into the curtains and the bed. I sprayed febreze and it did not help. I tried to dial zero on the phone to let the front know but the phone didn’t even work it only had a dial tone. I was so exhausted I just went to bed. Do not recommend this place. It was horrible. The continental breakfast was these cheap little blueberry or chocolate muffins. They had some Nutri-Grain bars. And coffee. Not even milk or water. Really bad hotel.

Bathroom not clean basin had a crack line no shampoos bed pillows had a stench corridors also had a stench.I will never stay in this chain. It’s my second experience.

The breakfast is one of the most mediocre. I've had in a long time. The coffee was okay.The rest of it, though, was garbage, sometimes I got a couple of the muffins, and they taste it like, they had gone bad

No elevator almost a week. Breakfast abysmal

Also, the elevator has been out for a week now and walking up and down the stairs to the third floor it's problematic when you 're carrying a lot of stuff and equipment.

Very accommodating. We had a great experience and extended our stay. Staff was very helpful as well.

The room was very clean. The black girl at check-in was rude and she seemed irritated because she was doing laundry in the back. Other than that it was a good clean nice place for the price.

The hotel itself is good. However there is a lot of unsavory people that stay here. I've been at this hotel off and on for 6 weeks for work. There has been a few times when my neighbors have been up all night doing everything besides sleeping. Sometimes it makes it hard when you have to get up early. Otherwise the location is good. Staff is good. Rooms are average, but nice enough.

Dirty room, very noisy, long term tenants, did not feel safe there.

The microwave still had old food residue inside, and the water would not drain properly in the sink/tub. The entire room felt dirty, sticky, and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when concerns were brought up. Instead of showing professionalism or concern, the interaction felt dismissive and unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting even basic cleanliness standards.
