Arrived at the front desk to check in and waited over 20min for a staff person to come to check me in. Hotel was dirty. The room had a portable A/C that was so loud. Coffee was empty both days and no creamer. Honestly, it was very dissapointing for a Marriott. The best thing about the hotel was the location. There is a Trader Joes right next door and a BJ Restaurant. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in Tracy.

Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Location is great, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and a Target and a Trader Joe's just a walk away.

Everything was lovely. Room could have been a little cleaner, but I informed the front desk and they assured me it was an oversight.

Our family had been on the road and decided to have a short one night stay in Tracy for the evening. Upon booking, per the photos we were excited for a good nights rest considering it was Marriott. It was comfortable, for one evening however there were certain aspects about the place that was a little off putting. In terms of maintenance, if you looked around there were little things that indicated not as well maintained. The door to our room was not sealed well, we could see light coming through the cracks of the door. Additionally, the bathroom didn’t feel like it was entirely clean and there was a large crack in the bathroom door as well. Breakfast space was crowded and the staff did not keep up with refilling the food. Although they were very polite in handling the request when brought to their attention Sometimes them just noticing makes service all the much better. We swam in the morning and my daughter mentioned there was a used bandaid in the pool, along with hair. The pool towels were also empty. I gave a lower rating due to those experiences. The staff were very friendly though. If this was the only option, I might book again but not if I had a choice. Thanks.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Windows were able to open which was a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lovely people. And the surprise? Free hot breakfast buffet!
