Huge hard pillows. Had to make two requests to change to a room without a noisy air conditioner right outside the window. Second room was very quiet even with a lot of noise in the hallway.

Friendly staff and a really nice hotel. Loved the rooftop bar with views of the bay. It's a small thing, but they provided 4 towels for the room, which my wife and I both appreciated. Nice to see little touches like that.

The room was nice, but this hotel seems to be understaffed - especially in the bar and restaurant area. Also, there is a lot of construction around the hotel, which wasn't great.... and we had to valet park the car for an additional charge that was not mentioned in our reservation. We were told the only other alternative would be street parking .... not good. Overall, it was an OK stay and I would consider this property again only for the convenient location.

Perfect location, the property is lovely, and we really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Loved the room 💓 Very spacious and great vibes. Decor was a plus, beds were cozy 💓

Other than our phone not working and never getting looked at after 3 requests; the place was very good

Very clean. The rooftop bar atmosphere was nice, with nice views. The hotel is walking distance to down town, with the beach across the street.

My room was under the rooftop bar/restaurant. No one ever mentioned the DJ playing EDM until 12:00am. My room was pounding. also at checkout I had valet get my car, they just left it in the driveway, was hoping for help with my luggage but it was never offered. Restaurant and bar under staffed,

The noise started as early as 6:00 a.m. every morning, making it very difficult to relax or enjoy our stay. We felt misled being placed in that section of the hotel without any warning about the significant noise and lack of privacy. In our opinion, those rooms should either be closed during construction or guests should be clearly informed before booking. The constant noise and workers outside our window greatly impacted our experience.

Less than ideal situation with a false fire alarm that awoke us at 4:00am. The manager on duty refused to communicate the issue after almost 30 minutes standing outside. I would appreciate a call from the general manager of the property.

The room was well put together. Nice amenities and super clean. The location was exceptional, right on the water and across from a marina.

Hotel looked dingier than the pictures. Lighting in the room was horrible. Location was excellent

There was a lot to like. Clean, friendly and decor. I paid $40 for the breakfast to be included and it was a choice of 1 entire off the menu. The food off the menu was not good. Tasted like frozen food and with no flavor. For $40 we could have gone to a nice upscale brunch restaurant. Was expecting a lot more. Would have been cheaper to order off the menu then to add breakfast to my stay.

Room was nice but did not exclude any extra amenities, like bottled waters or a small stocked refrigerator. Beds were comfortable but an upgrade on the sheets would go a long way for a much higher level of stay. Currently, the sheets are almost the equivalent of one-ply TP. Small items in the rooms could be maintained better, such as curtains broken off the rod in some spots, windows washed to rid the window of children’s handprints… nice vibe overall.

Breakfast at the restaurant wasn’t worth the money. I couldn’t even drink the coffee!

Location, nice room and bed, nice bathroom Breakfast at the restaurant wasn’t worth the money. I couldn’t even drink the coffee!

There were several long black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom had some sort of sewer odor emanating from the shower. The music from the roof top restaurant could be heard in our room and continued until 11:00pm.

Hotel was nice, and the location was convenient for walking downtown and gtting in and out using the valet. Mattress was not very firm but comfortable. Calling ahead to get your car out of valet made traveling in and out easier, and we never had to wait for our car. Room was clean, and quiet. Easy to get some rest. Rooftop bar was nice, but more for the newly 21 crowd on Friday and Saturday night. Great beverages though.
