I would stay there for sure, super welcoming stuff, everything was new.
-
good breakfast with caring attendant readily present
-
The front desk was helpful to help with the pack n play. One thing needed to bring attention: We called the front desk to have a housekeeper clean our home. They said they would but no one came to clean up.
-
The property was extremely clean in all areas. The breakfast area was kept well stocked and clean by Karen (who greeted every guest and provided tips for seeing Traverse City). Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Perfect place to stay - clean, comfortable and close to Traverse City.

It was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of nice hotels. I have no complaints about anything.

I like flavored creamer

The breakfast was great. It had something for everyone and the staff was on the ball making sure everything was available for guests. The bed and bedding was not too comfortable. I know it is a newer facility but it felt like the mattress was old and the bedding was short and not fresh.

Very clean and in a good location . It was hard to find the Drive to enter the hotel at night. No lights to mark the drive way

The room was very clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotels. I like the fact that the window had a sun shade that gave privacy but still let sun light in.
