Love this hotel, and the location was close to the airport. Key feature is total blackout shades to make the room dark for great sleep. Highly recommend!

Average hotel - new and clean with so-so breakfast Doors to enter rooms VERY heavy, hard to open with a very strong spring to quickly close. VERY DANGEROUS. Complained to on site management. They said their bosses didn’t want to change the doors.

I spent 90 minutes for the staff to tell me that Booking screwed up royally - Booking screwed me over - the room was not available - I want my refund now - I'm never using Booking again - thank you I booked, paid and found out that Booking didn't pay the Hotel - you suck!!!

We just got back from our family vacation in Traverse City and had a blast! Upon arrival, the hotel SMELLS clean. I know it’s a newer hotel, but they accept animals and that’s a huge deal for me, the smell and cleanliness of a place. Room was neat, clean (little damage/scuffs here and there), lots of little knickknacks in the kitchenette area (and large fridge, dishwasher). Pool was AWESOME, especially having little ones! Breakfast was 8/10, pretty darn good. All in all, I would highly recommend and I hope this hotel stays this course as we will definitely be back!

Positioning of bed puts it in the darkest corner. I would personally swap the bed and the couch, but that's me.
