The suite was immaculate and big enough for our group of 6. We would definitely stay there again.

At nearly $500 for the night I expected way more as my family generally stays at home2suites with much better results at a fraction of this, but guess it is all about location. Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited. So all in all I give this a very poor experience but a high profile destination so they charge what they want because they can get it, so why worry with customer experience. Save money and stay elsewhere, not worth nearly $500 at all.

All aspects of the property - from the lobby to our suite - were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly sky and helpful, even in the face of some very demanding guests! Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, as kids tend to do. The gym was also nice, although we don’t use it very much - we were too busy exploring areas outside the hotel! (Note - The hotel’s location is a perfect base for exploring all parts of northwest Michigan, from Sleeping Bear Dunes to Downtown Traverse City to Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsulas to Charlemoix and Petoskey areas!) The breakfast was generous and well kept, even on the busier weekend days. We highly recommend this location and will - hopefully - return soon!

The property was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The small convenience store was well stocked. Parking was no problem and restaurants are very close. Our room was spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked - even had a dishwasher and a mid-size refrigerator! The breakfast buffet really needs two staff to maintain it - one to clean and another to restock as items run low. We will definitely be back!!

Great overall stay. Solid location, view, room, and parking. Pool room and gym were great too. Only complaint was the staff struggled to keep the coffee, milk, etc. going in the breakfast area despite it not being overly busy.

Everything was great but the quality of the linens was not great. Pillows were flat and sheets weren’t crisp and fresh like you’d expect. The setup in the room is great though with the extra sink and having access to a fridge.

The room was very clean. I didn't sleep well on the bed. My back was aching in th morning.

The saltwater pool, and the sitting areas outside were exceptional...something you don't often see at a hotel. Also, the almost full kitchen area in our room was amazing, especially traveling with kids and family.

Very spacious clean room. Quiet for our stay. The breakfast wasn't utilized but appears and smelled to be satisfying and a way for travellers to fill up and save money on breakfast.

Staff was bery friendly. The room was very clean. Just an overnight trip but would definitely stay again.
