The location was great. The facilities were o.k. The room was mediocore. The room darkening curtain could not operate and was falling off rod. The bathroom sink was clogged up..real slow drain. The shower and bath area were dirty and moldy. The outside of the building could use some sprucing up. The landscape by the rear door to the parking lot - near outdoor sitting area needs attention.

Clean room, I could make coffee with out leaving my room, until ready for Breakfast. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable after driving all day.

Housekeeping attempted to come on our room before check out- good thing we were dressed. I asked the housekeeper if that was normal for them, but she didn't speak English and when I mentioned it to the front desk, the response I got was " they aren't supposed to"- no apology, nothing. Needless to say for what I paid, totally not worth it and I would never recommend it. One thing I realized, every big hotel chains has low budget ones too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, and the coffee was good! Did not use the pool, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The breakfast service was excellent, and everything else met our expectations. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above at times, but aside from that, everything was great.

The desk was great, but the hotel is not. No service for second night so had to go to desk for coffees and cups. “Our cleaning staff is stretched.” No toilet seat cover, no towel bars by the wash basin. Ok if it was budget hotel but this Friday night cost as much as all hotels in the city.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive for check-in, however condition of room was poor. Curtains were falling off the track, bathroom sink was clogged, making the dated interior even more unappealing.

The location The bathroom sink was broken and the handle wouldn't stay o⁰n. The bathroom floor was flooded from the shower as it was a handicapped room. The price was very high but the accommodations were poor at best.

Nothing special. 1 night lodging but with an average lodging. I did like the cleanliness We were out all day. We only slept there.
