Great stay, very nice staff, easy to find, breakfast included. Sink very slow drainage, maybe needs to be cleaned out. Poor shower head and no bed bug cover on bed.

Stayed here for the 4th. Great location, easy parking, very nice staff

Everything was good

Breakfast had several choices including eggs, bacon, waffles and cereal. The eggs were not cooked well, but the hotel was very busy during our visit, so perhaps they were rushing to keep up. Everything else seemed to be okay. Despite how busy it was, the hotel was pretty quiet compared to other properties we have stayed at in the Traverse City area. We would maybe stay again, however it would not be our first choice.

Breakfast was good. Room had bugs. Night check in clerk was not friendly. Daytime staff was very friendly. No quarters for a unreliable washing machine

The bed was the worst I've ever slept on. And the pillows were terrible

Hot tub and pool was nice. Breakfast was pretty good too

checking out & heading home I ask for top floor room in the back which I never got so Between the noise & the bed from hell I could not sleep. I never had a chance for breakfast because they did not put out enough for everyone. We even went down early to find nothing left to eat what was there was not fit for a dog, The beds were so hard I could not sleep and my body hurt so bad from trying to use them. I was in pain during the day afterwards I will not use that hotel again, OMG the booking for the stay was a joke on top of it they did not answer their phone to verify the stay. Very disappointed dealing with the experience!!

Good location near Traverse city downtown. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No bananas and just basic food.

The building was t perfect by no means but we stayed 2 nights for a softball tournament and the pool area and hot tub were both warm and clean! Overall it was a very nice place just a bit of an older building ! Staff was helpful and friendly I would definitely stay there again! Oh fyi rooms are kinda small

Very disappointed. There were four of us staying in the room and they only gave us three towels. When we called the desk to see about getting more, nobody ever answered. We physically went down to the desk on two different days and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd be a "minimum of five minutes"... We waited for a bit then left. Had to grab towels from the pool area. The shower door didn't close so it leaked (you could tell this was an ongoing issue because they had tried repairing the wall - it was gross). There were piles of dirt under one of the pool chairs... which was still there even after we saw someone start mopping the pool area. Finally, breakfast was a huge disappointment. One morning we got there about an hour after breakfast started and the hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc) was gone and they didn't replace any the entire time we were down there. The last morning there, we got to breakfast midway through the service and there wasn't ANY hot breakfast left. Like, the warming tray wasn't even out and the fridge didn't have any yogurt. It was just really disappointing. Would not stay there again and would not recommend.

Rooms were okay but dated, felt pretty run down. Breakfast was a HUGE let down. They had no eggs, meat, or gluten free options, no yogurt. Just some bagels and cereal. Apparently they ran out a food because a truck didn't arrive, they offered no refund and said because we booked through Expedia they couldn't help. Overall okay but pretty expensive for the quality. Half the staff seemed nice and infested, the other half were in pajamas, stained clothes, no name tags, looked like they just rolled out of bed.

Bathroom layout was odd, sink was immediately as you entered the room

Wonderful. Any question we had was always answered. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and the breakfast was barely edible. Eggs were only Offered on our last morning And we were told they had run out. One morning we had Gravy but no biscuits to put the gravy on. Gravy does not go with French toast, rye Toast or bagels. It seemed hotel staff had their family there feeding them a free breakfast. If the hotel Feeds families of workers that is very nice but paying customers should be first priority Especially when they are telling us they had run out of everything.

The hotel was fine, the breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels we have stayed at.
