Clean room, I could make coffee with out leaving my room, until ready for Breakfast. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable after driving all day.

Housekeeping attempted to come on our room before check out- good thing we were dressed. I asked the housekeeper if that was normal for them, but she didn't speak English and when I mentioned it to the front desk, the response I got was " they aren't supposed to"- no apology, nothing. Needless to say for what I paid, totally not worth it and I would never recommend it. One thing I realized, every big hotel chains has low budget ones too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, and the coffee was good! Did not use the pool, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The breakfast service was excellent, and everything else met our expectations. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above at times, but aside from that, everything was great.

The desk was great, but the hotel is not. No service for second night so had to go to desk for coffees and cups. “Our cleaning staff is stretched.” No toilet seat cover, no towel bars by the wash basin. Ok if it was budget hotel but this Friday night cost as much as all hotels in the city.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive for check-in, however condition of room was poor. Curtains were falling off the track, bathroom sink was clogged, making the dated interior even more unappealing.

Breakfast was good, appreciated boiled eggs. The complaints I had were looking for something i dropped finding a few nuts & packaging under the bed. Parking at night was difficult a few nights due to large trucks & people with trailers taking up multiple parking spots. I did mention to desk personnel on duty, they apologized

The staff was very gracious and helpful and even shared their own experience with their 2 year old to make us laugh and feel better. In all the commotion I left my yarn project bag-I suspect the 2 year old whipped it behind the bed or something! Called up there and of course they had it and mailed it to me that day. I am so happy with the outstanding service we received!

The first night we get there the “kid” who was to check us in told the lady who went to get him (twice) “they can wait an extra 30seconds”. Then came up to start the check in process with his earbuds still in. The next night when I took my shower I looked up and saw someone else’s TOOTHBRUSH on the ledge of the shower. It did not belong to anyone staying with me. The pool never had any towels. We had to ask for more towels for our room twice. Then when we were cleaning up the night before check out, we found a pair of dirty crusty socks that did NOT belong to anyone in my room either! Thankfully I had checked our beds upon arrival!!!! They were clean! The hotel has a very old feel to it. But that doesn’t make up for the items being left in a halfway cleaned room!!! And because we booked through a “3rd party” website, they are not sure what they can even do for us. The lady who checked me out and heard my complaints was wonderful though! She was about the only employee who was decent! I wish I could remember her name because she was wonderful!

The front desk staff was excellent. Very warm and welcoming! Our room didn’t have any bath towels, and the line at the front desk was too long to wait in so we just used hand towels. The pool area was pretty dirty, and the bathroom was a little run down. This hotel did the job but definitely could use updates.
