The place is well maintained. The service is best. Staff greets you nicely and courteously. I’m thankful.

The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed but the rooms are not soundproof at all. Traffic outside and inside the hotel didn’t make for a restful night sleep. The fan wouldn’t stay on consistently to drown out the noise. Should have the option of a fan only option on a hotel like this.

When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.

Stay was good. Hate the microwave. Had a lock feature when your food was done and the unlock button was in weird spot. There should not be a lock on the microwave when your food is done.

We travelled up to TC for my mother in laws funeral. We needed a home away from home that was as relaxing as it could be (given the circumstances)to escape

Hotel staff was always kind and welcoming even during the mayhem of a sports tournament weekend.

There was an issue with WIFI. Had to get Desk staff to access it on my PC. The Food was good. Shower was very weak and the shower head needed descaling or replaced. The room was comfortable and clean

The lobby was nice and open. We had a soccer team and the complaining was out of control. Kids will be kids .

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The only complaints would be that the bistro is not open all day and the condition of the bathroom shower was poor.

No breakfast at this location they said since covid, this location cost more than others in the area with Breakfast. Front desk sells coke and other drinks, but had to use a credit card for a $5 purchase not cash. Stayed two nights no room cleaning or new paper cups in the room for coffee. The heating system didn't work properly in the room.

We looked at a dozen rooms until we found a suitable tub. Management and staff, however, provided our group with an amenable solution which we appreciated.

The hot tub was quite gross. It looked green and you could see a film on the side. Our legs felt slimy immediately so we got out. The pool area was dirty and definitely not as clean as the other areas of the hotel. We were told breakfast was from 7-10 but were not told they charged for it. That was disappointing. Won’t be staying here again.

The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay.

Could clean the pool area better. There were ants and there was hair in drains around the pool. Chair height toilets would be nice for us taller people. The staff was great with the accommodations. We asked for another night when we got there. They explained that we should check the next day for cancelations because they were booked full. When we asked the next day, they had a room available.
