Nice place in a good area with lots of places near by. Beds were soft, front desk was helpful and we had a good time

Great place! Kids had sooo much fun. Only critique was staff at restaurants were not motivated…. But other than that we had a wonderful time.

Having booked a 3 day stay for approx $1,000 , I was NOT expecting to pay for PARKING @ $20.00 per day....i think that is a ridiculous expectation to pay to park on the hotel property. Also didn't feel there was enough of the water park for the price....the Cabana rental for the day was $200 , also a Ridiculous price to pay.... Overall I felt the Staff was Great, but what you get for the price you pay was not worth coming back. The room I rented was a Loft, which was pretty nice, nothing exceptional. I would Not Recommend Anyone sleeping on the pull out couch...it was awful, the mattress was just Springs.

Great area in Michigan. Staff was helpful. Clean room and parking was so convenient. For sure family friendly.

The 9 year old boys liked the water park although the amount of chlorine - even in the air! - hurt everyone’s eyes. Everything else came with a price tag even after the high room rate. Few healthy eating options. Charged $30 for two towels that were returned, claiming after the fact that they were not. Choose a beach front hotel and visit Pirate’s Cove instead next time would be my advice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well-maintained and clean. The only areas for improvement are the fitness center, as there are no weights, bars, or weight machines, and the parking fee, which is quite expensive. In my opinion, it doesn’t make sense to charge guests for parking when they are already paying to stay at the hotel.

Paying $20 a day (plus 6% sales tax!) to park on top of already steep room rates is ridiculous given the location and huge parking lots! Makes no sense except as a money grab.

Requested top floor room in advance, didn’t get one on arrival. People upstairs were stomping and jumping around until 1am, security was sent the first time and didn’t even knock on the door. Sent a second time and only after they were caught lying about confronting the noisy room did they actually ask the people to quiet down. First request was at 11:30pm, issue not resolved until 1am! Ridiculous.

Did not like the fact that they charge you 20 bucks for parking in their parking lot makes no sense.

Nice place to stay and water park is also good.

Kids loved all the activities that they put did through out the day.

When we arrived to our room we noticed the patio door did not lock. We pulled back the curtain to put down the metal bar to secure the door. We noticed bodily fluids on the back side of the curtain. We texted “Willow” the assistant and they responded that they would come clean the curtain and fix the door. The next day we left for the day and returned around 6:30pm and nothing was cleaned or fixed. I texted “Willow” again and they apologized for someone not fixing the issue. I had stayed it’s 7:30om and we leave tomorrow morning and this is unacceptable. They gave us a voucher for breakfast the next morning. We spoke to the waiter at the restaurant because he asked how we go the voucher for breakfast. He was in shock when we told him our story but we were very kind about it. The waiter and his manager went and got us a half dozen doughnuts and 2 free drinks from their Dunken Doughtnut restaurant. The waiter and his manager were more apologetic than the hotel staff. I don’t recommend this place

Very clean room, Tiny bathroom. Tiny sink. Nice separation between couch and bed. Parking is $20 per night and we didn’t know that till we checked in.
