I really enjoyed Tracy in the restaurant. She was so very fun to talk to and was excellent at her job. She's a hard worker with a wonderful attitude. All of the staff was kind and always offered us help, even our in the parking lot. A young man was on his way in in the morning and hadn't even clocked in yet and he asked me if I needed help with my bags. Everyone was very kind. I so appreciated it. It made my stay so enjoyable.

Grandkids had a great time. So it is a fun family friendly place but not a cost family friendly place. The $20 plus tax parking fee was excessive and we feel parking should be free. Lockers available to store your things in the pool area if you are willing to pay the fee. Thankful that the towels in the pool area were no additional charge. Food choices are good and the food was good just be prepared for the high prices. There are lots of other activities for kids to do but you need to be willing to pay the $60-80 per child per activity to do them. Our advice is to go there with a very specific plan and have it all detailed out with your kids so they understand plan.

It was a very fun stay, the wife and kids loved the experience. I can see it being very easy to get carried away and spend money there. The room was cozy and the kid enjoyed his bunkbed! Only complaint. For the price of the stay and all the money you could easily spend there if you book a room the parking should be free, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The rest of the experience was a phenomenal family trip!

Hotel and amenities were great. Other guests acted like animals, especially by leaving garbage everywhere. Do better ppl.

My check-in wait was rather excessive. And I watched the lobby clear twice of other customers who came before and after I did before I received a room. And had to ask 2 times before requesting to speak with a manager about the matter. The rest of my stay was great!
