My last night of a 10 day road trip across the entire UP and down into the lower peninsula ended at this hotel. It was super clean. However, this hotel cost more than the Chicago hotel I stayed in at the start of the trip with zero amenities. Lastly, I got no rest due to the people above us trampling around until 2 am. I told the desk person upon check out and she said sorry we had a wedding party. Maybe put them on the first floor next time. Anyway, paper thin walls, no amenities, and overpriced for a small town hotel.

Clean, good amenities, free breakfast.

Breakfast was nothing great. Subpar at best. I pick my hotels by breakfast and I will never pick this place again.

Love this hotel
-
Great breakfast and friendly staff. Plenty to do in the area and places to eat.
-
Over priced for the size of the room

Our bed fell apart. The manager never acknowledged us. The only person really concerned was the person on the floor cleaning. The experience was not great.

We booked this over the 4th of July, $425. It’s a very basic, but nice hotel. Breakfast was average for a basic hotel. Powdered eggs and boiled sausage links with the usual other continental items. I was hoping for better.

I had to leave early and they told me they would refund the last night and then refused to afterwards. My coworker who booked directly with them got a refund, but they told me it was too late. We are acquiring a business in the area so we will be traveling frequently and based on the way I was treated. I guess I will stay somewhere else.

It was clean and the lobby was nice if you had a family. Games and a place to gather Beds weren’t the most comfortable
