Bayshore Resort

Wonderful location and very helpful staff. I spent a lot of time picking a hotel in Traverse City and I could not be happier with my choice. The location is great! And more importantly, the staff was great, friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location allows for a reasonable walk to downtown restaurants. If you can get a bay view room ... do it. The view from the balcony and the sound of the waves was so soothing.

I loved walking into the room and noticing how clean everything was. It was also a pleasure being able to adjust the heat a couple of degrees higher with no problems. The breakfast was great, many wonderful options.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was awesome and having coffee available all day was great! The room was clean. The place just has an ‘old’ vibe. Old carpeting, old wallpaper, faint smell of past smokers…..With the cost per night, I was expecting a little more.

This was exactly what I was looking for, sincere and smiling faces, supportive, spotless room, water pressure, hot water almost immediate, comfortable bed, coffee ready to go at 0600 when I had to leave. Good value too!

Very pleasant stay!

The room was clean, the service was excellent, as was the breakfast. You can't beat the location. You can walk to downtown and in a few minutes drive be on the Old Mission Peninsula. The view of the lake from my room was amazing!

Our stay here was wonderful! Breakfast was great, loved the always available coffee, tea and cocoa. You were always greeted with a cheerful smile. We especially loved how our room opened right up on the beach. The beach was clean, there were lots of chairs and loungers, it was just perfect to sit outside and relax. I highly recommend this hotel! Hope to visit again soon!

Very clean. Big rooms. Overall a good stay

Excellent hotel. We could walk downtown near the Lake and there was also a shuttle bus. Room was quiet and comfortable. We did not book a Lake View but had a partial view of the Lake from our balcony which was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Our new place to stay in TC!

Wasn't happy with the breakfast. The omelets( if that's what they called them) was cold and the sausage was sitting in alot of grease. The staff when we checked in on Sunday were very rude. We had asked about some things in the area on Monday and they said they didn't know. It was great location because you could walk to town

Great place to stay and complimentary breakfast is fantastic. My only complaint was I booked a 2 queen bed room and they put me in a king bed room without any mention of why. Also no shampoo in the room.

Location on the shore was wonderful Could be updated a little more.

It wasn’t too far to walk to main area about a mile Welcome was terrible, we’d driven for 4 hours, didn’t get as much a hello and told that they didn’t have a booking for us! They grudgingly looked again and found our booking, no bar or restaurant at hotel. Breakfast ok but all disposable plastic and paper cups and plates, sustainability points must be 0
