Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They privided us with extra coffee and creamer for our room upon request. There is an excellent restaurant at the hotel. We had a tasty breakfast one morning and also happy hour drinks and appetizers. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of my ‘go-to’ spots in Traverse because it is consistently good.

The hotel and amenities were beautiful. I did not partake of the restaurant, which seemed pricy but elegant. I loved that they had decent food and drinks available 24/7.

Pros they tried to fix it by offering us breakfast where we got the nicest waitress and the food was cooked really well. I would never recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous stay. Room was clean and comfortable. We had appetizers and cocktails for happy hour that were great. Seafood omelette was fabulous. Full size shrimp and scallops.

The suite was laid out well, was comfortable and quiet. We had a crab dip delivered to our room when we checked in and both the dip and chips were delicious.
