Check in was delayed because our room was not ready. Hotel is older and it shows. A bug of some kind in the bathroom. There are stairs to the second floor which can be rough with heavy bags. The pool was clean and very nice, breakfast was continental. Overall and expensive stay for a so so hotel.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows. Friendly greeting at main desk.

Good location

I requested a downstairs room and the clerk would not give it to me. Said they were fully Booked? not sure what that has to do with giving me a room downstairs

This was the grossest room I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t obviously expecting the Ritz, but I was expecting some level of cleanliness. There was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair inside the toilet bowl, the walls had grease marks all over. The room also reeked of cigarettes. Spiders in the corner and the sink faucet was broken. Unfortunately we didn’t switch because I felt like the others would’ve been similar and we had a party to get to immediately upon check in, so there was no time for us to deal with the front desk to make a room change. That being said, I will never stay here again, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was foul.

Property shows wear and tear. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable, staff nice, good location and great location.

2026 tourist town and does not take cash. Coffee ran out twice in the AM. Decent breakfast. Management has their own priorities.

Rooms are extremely dated and the breakfast was just gross. For what they charged it was excessive. I would not stay there again.

When we first got to our room it was clean. When going to bed we found that one of the pillows had brown spots all over it. On our last morning there, I saw these same brown spots, but bigger on the blanket that was on the other bed. Mattresses were seemed very old and were really uncomfortable. We also had a cockroach in our bathroom. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was okay; it was mainly packaged foods. The staff we interacted with were very nice.

Of nights, great experience. Staff was very friendly.

Good location and cheap. Check in was easy and staff was friendly enough. Gave us a ground floor room as requested. Room was dingy, old and had giant flies buzzing about. Carpet was disgusting - took my shoes off for about 30 seconds and decide to keep them on the rest of the time so I wouldn't have to feel it.

The hotel was reasonably priced for a Sunday night dust. No bottom floor rooms available (as requested). No elevator at this location. All 3 ice machines were out of order. Housekeeping was unaware of this.

Suggest another option.

Beautiful room, very clean, good location, except I couldn't get a taxi

Shower curtain had that foul, sour smell--needs to be soaked in bleach or disinfectant. A real turn off. Beds seemed clean and we're comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly good--hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, breakfast bars, muffins, juices, coffee, and best of all, yogurt, and not the cheap stuff! If you upgraded the appearance, I think this would be a great improvement! Busy area in TC, but overall, quiet. One last thing--the curtains on front windows did not close completely.

Have stayed here many times as our grandkids are in the area. This place was never high class, but this trip was the worst. Both beds were next to impossible to sleep in. We would roll to the center on both beds. Roll and sink that is. Guess we'll find a place elsewhere

On my first call to the property early in the morning-not good. Explained situation with booking and he was abrupt and than hung up on me. However, upon checking in had a woman who was very friendly and we actually talked for a bit after she noticed her ring and my ring looked very similar and we swapped the stories behind them. Very very nice woman. i was up there on business from 9 hours away. Drove up on a Thursday. Saw my customer at 6 am in the morning till about 11:30, it was raining so my wife and I went to Turtle Creek Casino and had dinner there. Returned to the hotel around 6 and had to drive home the next day arriving in time to pick my dogs up from a kennel in WI. I was dead ass tired in fact I fell asleep watching TV. That is when the problem started. A husband and wife with 2 small children checked in. I was located on the second floor, which has a walkway for room access and a window across the front of my room. I was jolted awake with the sound of 2 sets of running feet stomping past my room. I just said to myself, okay someone is checking in with kids, no big deal, just getting to their room. Than it happened again and again. This repeated heavy thump thump thump rapidly. I opened my front door and their 2 children were now standing on the lower balcony rail at end of balcony hooting and hollering at the top of their lungs, while the parent had the front door of their room open, and were moving their belongings into their room while letting their children run free. As i was calling the front desk, I looked at the clock and it was 8:52 at night!!!!!!!!!!! Nope nope nope. The woman at the front desk did tell me she wished I called earlier, and I explained I am not a nasty person. I literally assumed okay, people are getting to their room, noise is expected. But repeatedly using the veranda / balcony stretch across the entire second floor as a run way is completely unacceptable at that hour. We left at 5:30 the next morning to head home.

Great location and decent price The mattresses were pretty saggy. The pool was very nice but was hard to swim in because it was full of locals that just use the pool whenever they want
-
1st room was not clean, dirty bathroom, sheets and had a strong smell. Requested a new room which was somewhat cleaner

Could not get shampoo out of the bottle in the shower. The electrical outlet by the hair dryer and coffee maker didn't work. Looked like an amateur put it together. No ice in the ice making machine.
