I was a little hesitant when I saw the outside of the property. It was clean but looked dated. As soon as I entered the lobby, I understood why the reviews were so positive. It was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly. Sure, it isn't a luxury hotel, but it is a nice place to stay for a reasonable (for Traverse City) price.

There for a conference and took my family so they could enjoy the area. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast. We did not use hot tub or pool but it looked clean and taken care of. Enjoyed our stay.

One thing that would have made the room better would be another chair in the room.

Tv system was the worst I've ever experienced. Staff blamed it on Spectrum, but there are other factors such as the design of the tv remote that made it terrible to use.

My room was spotless, front desk staff extremely helpful and even provided a list of nearby, locally-owned restaurants for dinner! How cool is that! The pool was lovely and the hot tub clean and toasty. Nice quiet property but still centrally located. The gym was nicely set up and next to the pool. Breakfast was HOT and even had waffle makers. The biscuits and gravy were a hit with the guys but I enjoyed the eggs with cheese omlette style. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean. The staff was helpful and polite.didn’t use the gym or pool. We did not shop at the stores as we did not have time. We checked in at 3 pm : ate at the restaurant next door . Then went to an evening wedding reception.
