Breakfast is ok. Hotel was clean as was our room. We will not stay at a hotel with a virtual check in again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and we loved that they have an area where you have access to towels, toiletries, plates, utensils, etc. The backyard area was nice as well.

We received no assistance from the hotel! Window covering wouldn't work so we had to deal with patio lights shining in our room all night. Their 24/7 support is only by phone, text or email. Don't expect anyone to come help!

Stayed with our small dog. It was very quiet and well maintained. Will come back again.

ROOM WAS NICE, COMMON SPACES WERE NICE. NO STAFF ON SITE. 3 HOURS TO GET BACK WITH ME ON A QUESTION. BASICS LIKE SALT WERE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE BREAKFAST BAR. BAGELS, BUT NO CREAM CHEESE OR PEANUT BUTTER. CEREAL, BUT OUT OF MILK. LIKE THE MOVIE FRIDAY.

To start with the staff was super friendly. We had an issue when we discovered the hairdryer was missing from our room. I texted the issue and the staff started to work on the issue. We were lucky the housekeeping manager was there to help solve the issue. The door in the bathroom could’ve used a clean mop over it. It looked clean, but probably needed a clean mop or mop water. The beds were fantastic! And earplugs were provided, but weren’t needed. The kettle and coffee and the hairdryer all great quality amenities! The breakfast was more than we expected. But no non-dairy milk. It was a good stay. And the free bus stops right out front.

Great place! Not a bad price, very clean, easy parking, decently close to downtown (still had to drive). Everything we needed for our 2 night stay!

Very noisy. Couple screaming at 12:45am, child screaming at 11:30pm & 6am. Thankful for the ear plugs since no staff on site to control the noise problems. Problems with the link that was sent to register. Couldn’t find laundry room or anyone to ask where it was.

Very clean and cute. No issues with the virtual check in. Amenities easily accessible. Great room to hang out in and play games.

The room smelled like wet dog and there wasn’t much we could do about it. Housekeeping knocked twice to make us leave before 11 checkout. It’s inexpensive but not that cheap.
