Super clean room, polite and customer focused staff, well spaced parking. Second stay and twice had the best rest I can remember at a Hotel, beds were super comfortable, had four full size pillows, comfy bedding that was crisp and clean and the room dark if shade was super nice. Stayed on second floor this time and it was equally as pleasant as the first floor room we had last time.

Really nice hotel and location at a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Vic. The hotel was well-maintained and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise. Location was great too. Easy and quick access to downtown and the peninsulas. We will be back!

The hotel had been beautifully renovated with a modern touch, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lobby featured several thoughtful touches that made it easy and enjoyable for families to spend time together. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly, and their warm hospitality made our stay even more pleasant.

Really nice staff member greated us! She was a temp front desk host. Room was nice, clean. But the bath area was a bit unusual. Bed was super comfy. All things considered for the price per night was decent. However I'm still not sure I would book again. The whole concept of help yourself is strange, when So many people need work these days.

The rooms were very clean. There was no staff. The cleaning staff were awesome.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. It was clean, easy to get what I needed, easy access to our room. Lots of towels and face clothes for our week stay which was amazing. Most hotels give you 2 towels & 2 hand clothes

Parking was easy, facilities and room clean and quiet, would definitely book here again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a newer hotel so it is updated nicely. We have virtual options for check-in. I did have an issue getting into the lobby on one of the nights, but I was able to connect with customer service and they were able to unlock it virtually.

Will 100% stay again. Place is animal friendly, clean, helpful staff, nice lobby area. Many details were well thought out. Parking was tight when at full capacity, some (looked like same dog twice) dog owners did not clean up despite the free bags and easily accessible disposal.

Loved this place...clean new rooms. Comfy bed. Super water pressure. Appreciated the no person/touch check in process...there literally is no one there. Didnt bother me. Company sent a post stay suvey...felt like they really cared about the experience. Refreshing...told everyone I saw that wknd we would stay again.

Well i would have liked my room cleaned at once during my stay. But all in all nice location easy to park very friendly workers.

The room was very nice clean and the property looked brand new. The desk is only open until 6 PM and any help you need after that is via text. The front door and room doors are access using a code. We had a terrible time getting into our room Twice. Both times were after hours and when we texted for help, we were asked to supply all of our confirmation code arrival time and date and check in date. Then we were still not able to access the room. My elderly father had to stand in the hall For a long time while we waited for help eventually the code open the door. The door codes are very glitchy and key cards would’ve been a lot easier.

Min outside the room to get in. She did a great job and rushed the best she could. I’m sure there were other rooms already cleaned I could have been assigned too. Clean and comfortable property.

Great Place to stay, but the TV selection is horrible.
