Hotel is not well finished on the recent rehab. Rooms are loud and not welcoming. Not the worst hotel ever but I would not stay here again

The room was clean and somewhat newly updated. Nothing wrong with the room. The lack of interaction from real staff members bring this place down in rating. The ID verification process for the contactless check-in feels very intrusive on privacy. No one should need to send in a picture or scan of your face to some third-party verification website just to check into your hotel room. I would much rather prefer to speak to a real person at a front desk, they can look at my ID, and they can hand me my room key. It's better for asking question, getting information about check-in or check-out, local recommendations, etc. The semi-automated, contactless process feels hollow and uncaring.

Place was nice

The room was very clean and comfortable. Access from the street was difficult to enter & leave.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, pet friendly and even put a bag of treats and a roll of poop bags out for our pup! Easy virtual check and out!

We really loved this hotel! It was clean , beds were very comfortable , parking was easy, and staff went above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again!

If you stay at the Vic, do not let them put you in rooms 101-106 Otherwise it was an okay stay. Very no frills but very clean.

The parking on site is very convenient as is the free shuttle bus to downtown. The hotel is dated and simple. The elevators are dirty.so we used the stairs mostly. The staff were great and so was the breakfast. I’m old school and prefer key cards because remembering codes or having to pull your phone out when you’re carrying things is incredibly inconvenient.

This place is gorgeous. Self check in process is super quick and easy. Great location. Clean, modern and comfortable

It was a great experience. Overall, I had surprisingly more interactions with the staff than I expected for a place that you check yourself into. They were very friendly. And it fit the bill for what we were looking for. We would stay there again.

Very poor breakfast. There is almost nothing to eat.

This hotel has been flipped but they forgot to decorate the place to make it feel comfortable.

I like that it's quiet and close to my work the beach and all kinds of different food options.

I had an excellent stay. The parking was good. The hotel was clean and new. The main “community” room was great- large and well furnished. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The only suggestion that I would give is have cable TV instead of the Samsung TV channel lacking live content.

The property was at a good location but needs some work. My sink wasn't draining and reported it immediately but no one came to fix the issue. The toilet had no lid which i found bizarre and they should definitely have an iron in every room. They mentioned a laundry room with an iron but that isn't convenient for a traveler.
