Nothing. Check in was at 4, we arrived at 3 hoping for an hour early check in but we were sent away. We drove around and came back at 4:15 to find out that our room still was not ready. We did not have access to our room till 5:15. The front desk man said they would give us a discount but we haven't received it. We were not informed of a breakfast. So, I drove to McDonald's for coffee and when I came back 20 minutes later, my card key had been disabled. I had to go to the front desk. This was at 9:30 a.m.

Prime location, outdoor pool, decent size mini fridge and microwave. From the time we entered the room, we were presented with an unpleasant smell that filled the room. There was a dirty towel left on the backdoor of the bathroom from a previous guest as well as hair on the floor outside the shower that was not from my spouse or I. The majority of the bedding was covered in stains and used Kleenexes and candy wrappers were found under the bed. Not worth the money we paid.

Decent size room and comfortable bed Carpets need deep clean, my feet were black!

Don’t go here if you need WiFi. The WiFi was worthless. Carpet in our room was so nasty I didn’t want to take my shoes off. My mattress cover had some substance on it. Looked like puke. Smelled like mold in the room. Cheap room so I guess you get what you pay for.

The Rooms were not clean. If we didn’t arrive at such a late hour we would have changed hotels. Hair and crumbs in the bed, stains on the counter, dirty carpet, pool peeling, bath tube didn’t look clean.

The room had a musty smell.

Clean room, great location. Excellent price for what you get

The location was good. The upholstered chair in the room was filthy. The carpeting felt sticky. We arrived at 3 and waited at least 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk, although there was a child there who ran off, then another employee came around the corner, didn’t say anything, and left. When a man did finally come and spoke to us, he never asked our names, just said, “check in at 4.” There were only a few cars in the parking lot, and the room we were eventually assigned had no activity. We waited around for an hour before we could check in. The woman who checked us in was very polite.

Superb

There was no room service for the duration of my stay

We were in a bunch of hotels over a multi-day trip through Western Michigan and it was by-far the most comfortable bed. It also had a pool, which we didn't have time to use, and seemed family friendly. If you booked this expecting a five-star hotel, you're the one who made the mistake. It's a simple, cheaper option near the airport in a seasonal town.

No breakfast available A little more expensive for the hotel

Quiet, clean, and great location.

The room we received was the reportedly the one available. The moisture level was out of control. Everything was sticky and felt damp. If there were other comparable rooms available elsewhere, I’d have left. Management was clearly aware of a mildew issue because an obscene amount of Lysol was used to cover it up. It was inexpensive. Would not stay there again.
