Excellent location, minutes from downtown Traverse City. Shuttle service is excellent, best way to visit downtown without worrying about parking. Staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. All these positives gets ruined because the rooms are so dated with creepy popcorn ceiling, ridiculous carpets, rooms feel moldy and like one of those middle of nowhere , never been updated but just a few bandaid update attempts motels. High time they do a complete makeover. Breakfast is just name sake.

I would give this property more stars if I could. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff, very clean comfortable rooms and an excellent, delicious breakfast in the morning. Location was perfect for touring Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas and close to downtown Traverse City. We will stay here again!

It was a nice stay, Enjoyed the continental breakfast and it was never too crowded in the eating area despite it being Labor Day weekend. Friendly staff. Room had a bit of a vibration noise but I think it was because it was the loft room at the end of the building near the HVAC room. Overall, very satisfied

What we did not care for was that the hotel smelled very musty, The breakfast was your typical fake or boxed food continental. Yogurt that comes out of a machine is rather gross. Our bathroom set up was not the best. The bathroom sink is in the actual room with hardly any counter space to get ready. Also zero movie channels. While our visit was not horrible we found that there are better options out there for us in the future.

Wonderful staff, clean and well maintained rooms and property. The beds were incredibly tall - we literally had to jump up to get in bed. Perhaps a step stool would help for folks under 6' tall.

It was very clean but very outdated.

The bed, albeit soft, didn’t have any support for a side sleeper. My back hurt each morning. The corridors in our area were very wide, and the noise seemed to reverberate around. We could hear every voice and door close all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Potential cleanup on aisle 5… Front desk gal was super nice, as were any of the girls that worked there.. Was perfect for a place to stay for a couple days
