The Lobby greeter was personable, friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

Lota of room. Good breakfast. Clean room and it smelled good. Good location. Shower had no door, just have open and other half was glass. Stairway is super small to go up to the loft. A/C didnt reach upstairs but there was a box fan.

The beds were incredibly comfortable! Both of us slept well for being in a hotel! There was nothing wrong! Service was great, breakfast had several options. Front desk staff was so friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave us suggestions for places to eat. We chose one close by, & the service & food was great!

the breakfast was good and the staff was excellent My room was not what I expected. I request a early check in for 12-1pm and received a email saying it was approved, but once we arrived they claim it was no record of a early check in even after I showed them the email approving it. we was ask if we wants to be on the the first floor or second floor. we pick the second floor. after driving around for 3 hours until check in at 3pm they finally gave us a room on the first floor and the view was a tree and fence on the side of the hotel.

The room was nice. We stayed here hoping to use the pool, but it was down in a basement like structure, there were chips in the cement and the indoor pool was freezing…..

Could not watch TV as there was no signal and cutting in and out. When I made front desk aware, nothing was done to fix problem.

Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and fun to talk to. Breakfast fresh, and good!! Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again! 😊👏👏👏

The staff was great. The room I booked did not have the right size AC unit for the size of the room. Had ants in the bathroom and my son broke out from the chemicals in the pool. We left early.

Front desk staff was very helpful, room just as described. Walkable to downtown Traverse City if you are up for it.
