Grand Traverse Motel

Staff was very consiencious and helpful. Room was very comfortable with good beds, quality TP( No Slivers), and quality Towels & facial tissue. Air conditioner was a little noisey however. Good shower flow and large room size overall.

Thank you to everyone at the motel for giving us a "no problem" 4th of July weekend.

Breakfast was good

The Motel is older (greater than 50 yrs old). The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and cool. I could change the temp on the air conditioner but not the fan speed. There was no towel rack or hook in the bathroom. My room was closest to the road but it was nice and quiet overnight. I was close enough to town to walk (though it was probably about 1/2 mile or more). The Starbucks was just a long block away so I didn't go in for the coffee and pastries. I was comfortable so I'd give it a positive review.

I appreciated the large refrigerator and lots of drawers in the room. I was glad they also made sure to have a plug by the bed for your phones. The breakfast was good too. Oatmeal, tons of different granola bars, pastries, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The staff was very nice. The bus stop into town was across the street or it was a little walk. It’s also by a park with a walking path and the YMCA. If you want some fast food or coffee, there were places right across the street.

Will stay there again. Dog friendly we really appreciated it. Nice area for dogs to do their duty and get some exercise.

Staff was very pleasant at both arrival and checkout. For an older property it is very clean and well maintained. Great location as well.

Excellent spot pretty close (walkable) to downtown traverse city. Staff was excellent. Not exceptionally luxurious. For the price point, I would 100% stay here again.

This property could (by some) to be considered bare bones, but for us it checked every box. Efficient and clever use of space, easy to use climate control, fridge, microwave, etc. comfortable and clean. Best motel experience ever!

Nice style guy at counter was very nice and helpful with info on the town, made the stay feel very welcoming would highly recommend!

The room was clean and dog friendly. The dog friendly motel charged an extra $45 per dog. The description said $45 for 2 max. The room was ground floor but had no black out blinds so the bright lights from parking lot kept me up. Close to everything.

Older motel with updated decor. Clean room and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean room, staff helpful and friendly, ample parking, grab and go breakfast was actually good. Tv did not work properly. Would stay here again.

Another solo stay at this spot. It's got what you need for a good night sleep! Breakfast options are filling enough, too!! All staff was very friendly.

Could use an update but was clean and close to downtown

Rooms where clean staff was excellent room was a little bit compact other then that great.

They just canceled my reservation very very last minute once I got arrived there. It was messed up my vacation

The fan on the furnace was quite loud and so was the refrigerator. Besides that, everything was great!
