Staff very friendly. Heads up about parking fee would have been nice, instead of charging customers to park why don’t you include that in your over all cost per night, that was the only disappointment and next time I’m in Troy I will find a motel with no parking fee

Very nice staff, like the courtyard, breakfast and gym

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. I was surprised by lack of teamwork. I had questions that I went to the front desk to get answered. The front desk sent me to the cafe. The lady at the cafe was extremely busy and had a line. The lady at the front desk was sitting talking with someone casually (not a work discussion, I could not see other person, so I assumed it was a FaceTime). I waited in line a few minutes before I went back to the front desk and asked if I was really supposed to wait there while the cafe lady cooked and cashed out all the orders ahead of me? All I needed was empty cups and a menu. I was not ordering anything. The cafe lady could have used her help to move the line along however it was clear there was a “not my job” mindset over a teamwork one. After I went back to her she came out from behind the counter and went to grab me what I needed, but she still didn’t help the other guests waiting. Everyone was very friendly, just not aware.

The lady at the breakfast counter was so greedy that she was being disrespectful to the people not giving her a tip The Arabic lady serving breakfast

Staff was excellent. Room was very clean. Had to ask for additional towels just to have enough for the registered guests which was disappointing.

Very nice atmosphere and the rooms were beautiful ., Very cozy stay , the breakfast that comes with the hotel stay is separate from the menu at the bistro Starbucks however the choices are plenty to choose from , I received a burrito with advocato and salsa and a fruit cup with a apple juice and a cinnamon breakfast Cake , with a star bucks coffee , the dinner was a limited menu to choose from with a bar , and affordable sandwiches hamburgers and few starters to choose from 5-10 , I enjoyed my hamburger Delux ,

Did not like parking fee ; No free hot coffee in the morning : no microwave; overpriced for what you get ; stayed there while attending our granddaughter’s hockey tournament: No discount while staying with the group ; gave me some excuse about I couldn’t get discount due to the fact I booked thru EXPEDIA :

Clean and welcoming in esthetics Hot tub was mediocre

Location was good. A charge to park car for 2 nights. Build it into the cost without knowing would be better than letting me know you are charging for parking. Where else would a guest part their car if they are travelling.
