Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the location worked for what I needed to do tiles in the bathroom were broken and moved when you stepped on them.. TV didn't work after an hour and the door had issues. It was way overpriced.

The suite lost power and was not restored. Had to switch rooms no suite available

Very clean property including the room and common areas inside and out. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was more than adequate - cinnamon rolls, omelet and scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices. coffee, toast, fruits, cereal, et al. The king room was comfortable with a nice bed and TV, functional couch and desk chair. The bathroom was appropriately appointed with shampoo, conditioner and soap. I forgot my razor and the front desk had a replacement for me upon request. Downs sides - the bathroom was ok but a little disappointing. Sink, shower, and toilet were fine but the tiles on the floor were loose in more than one place in our room and there was no hair dryer. Price was reasonable for the area and the location is good. The pool was ok - adequate size but not big. Exercise room was a decent size. I'd stay again.

The room was dirty. Needs many updates and basic repairs.

Several groups of children occupied the hotel. Many roamed the halls unsupervised. So it was a bit loud if your were trying to get to sleep early. No upset, children will be children. Just thought since there were several quiet time postings throughout the hotel it wouldn't be so loud after 10pm. Issue with my room. Staff moved me to another one no problem. I was grateful for that.

We were promptly greeted upon entering the hotel. Checkin was quick and easy. Our room was larger than expected and very clean. Plenty of pillows and towels for our family. The breakfast was a good start to our day. The pool was small enough to keep an eye on the kids but large enough for all to enjoy. We will most definitely stay here again!

The pool around was a mess and slippery due to lack of staff to clean up after a huge birthday party. The staff was friendly and hopeful

Suite that sleeps 6 and had to go to desk to get bedding for pull out, only 3 bath towels, the lamp outlets didn’t work so had to move nightstand to unplug clock to use outlets. Breakfast wasn’t great sausage was way overcooked and other food wasn’t good either.

Pool is freezing, walls peeling, after you check out they charge you a $5 amenities fee that they don’t tell you. Now, $5 is nothing but it is when it’s snuck. Mold on ceiling in shower, windowsill in room was coming apart, outlet sticking out, I have pictures of it all. I wasn’t going to post this but after sneak dissin $5 and being rude when I called to inquire why, led to this.

Staff was great Breakfast ended earlier than advertised-ran out of pancakes and syrup well before the advertised end time.
