Nice and clean We had a suite with a pull out couch that didn’t have any bedding, we had to ask for all of it

We enjoyed our stay and one of the better hotels we have stayed at. The beds were comfy and the sheets were so soft. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. Very clean all over with great staff!

The cheese omelet, link sausage and potato cubes and juice were good. Fresh ground coffee is a plus . The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay

Room with jetted tub was pretty nice, our tubs jets were a bit dirty but easy fix for us we brought wipes to wile them down anyway

We had cockroaches in our bathroom. We had approx 15 we found at 2:30am when the lights were turned on they all scattered. I killed them and saved evidence to show the staff in the morning. They said I would need to get my refund from the third party we booked with.

The room was filthy, the breakfast was stale and nasty, the elevator was old, the carpets dingy, the peeled paint, horrible.

It's not safe. There was a fight and a late-night disturbance near the windows, which disturbed us and kept us awake. We're worried, and the children are having trouble sleeping after hearing about it.

This is the dirtiest hotel I ever visited. Everything is run down and filthy, I did not enjoy the stay!!! It's actually disgusting.

I liked that the rooms were close to each other The rooms were dirty. The pull out mattress had blood and piss stains I asked for another mattress and was told nothing was available had to sleep with it flipped over on the coil side. Kept asking for comforters never received them. Before checking out I noticed that it was little brown bugs on the couch as well. The breakfast is set out at 6 am they ran out of oatmeal by 8:30 and said that they werent making anymore because by the time it would be ready breakfast would be over (10) never knew oatmeal took over an hour to make. The day staff is way nicer and accommodating than the night staff. Like they literally did nothing called the front desk over 5 times asking for comforters and being told they were on the way and never received them
