Breakfast needs improvement.

Staff was nice but the gym and halls were not clean.
-
Needs to close down

Don't prepay. Then you will not be able to get a refund. That's what happened to me.
-
Hallways are filthy! Bathroom vent is moldy. Pictures showed the place looking great - false advertisement
-
The room was clean, hallways very dirty, gym was filthy (we had to ask for wipes) treadmill works unless you actually get in them, it stops. Staff was nice.

The carpets were stained, the balcony was full of garbage, including bags of what appeared to be actual poop and I woke up covered in what I can only assume were bed bug bites. We booked adjoining rooms, but the connecting door’s doorknob was barely attached and took a surprising amount of effort just to open. The only redeeming part of this hotel was the staff member working. She was fantastic, professional, and deserved far better than the conditions she was left to manage. I’d recommend almost anywhere else.

Peeling wall texture in many spots of my room. My bathroom smelled horrible of urine, and I was not able to determine if the source was incorrect cleaning agents or a sewer/plumbing issue.
-
The room was dirty. The jetted tub had paint chips inside which made it impossible to use .. spent a total of 10 minutes in the room and walked out. Bathroom was filthy. The line to speak with a manager was too long to even complain.

The hotel manager has repeatedly avoided accountability by not being present to address legitimate business concerns and customer complaints. It is unacceptable that the manager chose not to report to work today rather than address my concerns directly. Upon checking into my room on the fourth floor, I discovered that it was dirty and not properly cleaned. In addition, the room phone was broken, which is a serious safety concern in the event of an emergency. The alarm clock was also inoperable, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. These conditions made my stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel instead of through a third-party booking service, I would have been eligible for compensation. I questioned what my method of booking had to do with being provided a dirty, unsafe, and poorly maintained room. Regardless of how a reservation is made, every guest should receive a clean, safe, and functional room. I also requested to be moved to a better room, but that request was denied. As a result, I was forced to remain in unacceptable accommodations for the duration of my stay. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service demonstrated by both the staff and the manager is deeply disappointing. I expect the hotel to take

The room was dirty had stains in the bed the bathroom was filthy, it was like somebody just had taken a bath and didn’t clean out the tub. They offer breakfast but they ran out of product so they only thing they had to offer was cereal. The only good thing about this place is burger truck.
-
Entire hallway, elevator and room has smell, linen were dirty and smell, only good thing is location, price and convenient food center in the hotel

not recommended for family
-
Another poorly maintained Wyndam property. Bathroom floor was dirty, vent dusty, Hallways same of smoke. Air freshener smell too strong.

The property looks nice from outside and lobby. Carpet in hallways nasty and filthy. Non\smoking and all you smell is marijuana in the hallways. Check in and trash isnt emptied in room or in a bowl no trash bags in cans. Contacted front desk resent housekeeping to check the room and empty trash. Burn holes in curtain and on carpet in the room, tub and bathroom vents filthy. Water doesn’t drain in shower and fills up to mid-calf. Traveled 600 miles for a funeral and stayed at this hotel in different states and never had this experience. It needs to remodeled badly, ceilings and carpet to paint.
