The entrance was deceiving. It was clean and newly updated. As soon as I entered the hallway I knew we should have stayed somewhere else. We took the stairs because the elevator looked ancient. It was filled with cigarette/marijuana smell. Our room was dated but clean, the bathroom floor was sticky. All night long we smelled cigarette/marijuana smoke about every 20 minutes filling our room with stench, difficult to breathe. Other guests slammed doors until 4 am. I could hear a woman yelling until about 3:30am, I couldn’t tell if she was having a mental health crisis or if she was fighting with a guy. Our tv didn’t work so I couldn’t drown out the noise. I notified front desk through chat with no response. I told the front desk staff the next morning and he apologized but there was no effort to compensate our stay. He asked why we didn’t contact the front desk but I told him we were afraid to leave our room. I was traveling alone with my teenage daughters. We just wanted a good night sleep after a long day before driving home 4 hours away. I’ll never stay there again

The entrance was nice and the woman at the front desk was friendly. It was dirty. There was a large wad of bubble gum stuck the the handle to the room, floors not vacuumed well, a sticker for an orange juice stuck to the blanket from previous person's stay on the one bed, no shampoo(had a holder but it was empty)... But the last straw was what Google images id'd as a German roach. I didn't end up sleeping there, I was there for about 3 hours and left. I could not stay after I saw the bug. Very disappointing. Had to load up 2 younger kids at 10:30 at night and go home to our powerless house due to a storm.

It was a good stay overall something’s could be better but I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit again

The room was clean. The lobby was clean that being said the hotel overall is a little rougher around the edges. The carpet in the halls was very dirty and worn down. The grab bar in the tub was broken. The place needs a new windows there were no shears on the windows. Breakfast was very minimal. You definitely know you’re south of 16 mile here.

Some of the staff... The breakfast cranberry juice wasnt juice, just syrup..They forgot to put in the water.
