The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out day. I left before my late check out but I did report it to the staff. They said they flagged that particular guest and he wouldn’t be able to rebook. Abby and Ray were very understanding and helpful. I would still recommend this property. 4.5 out of 5 because of the verbal assault where I’m spending my money.

The room was not clean the halls look like an old motel. The carpet was dirty.

The entry way and continental breakfast is very nice! The room is dated with a non-working slide lock, sliding doors to a balcony where people clearly smoke because the entire hallway smells of smoke, and dirty shampoo bottles in the shower. It is worth going if you get a major deal.

Room itself was ok. Fairly clean. However there were things we could tell they hadn't cleaned. My wife found a lighter. Breakfast on the other hand was a disaster. Very unorganized, unsanitary, and just plain gross. I wasn't expecting alot for breakfast. The selection was slim at best. I did however expect to not have juice splashed on me by the worked emptying the juice overflow. He was very rude to interact with. The floors were sticky and not a single table didn't have food on it.

However, I do wish staff had been more present in enforcing the pool rules. There were other guests using the area who were not respectful—trash was left on the floor, and some adults were drinking in the pool area even though it’s not allowed. There was also loud, inappropriate music, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially with children around. As paying guests with kids, we expected a more family-friendly and respectful environment The rooms have two full-size beds, which are fairly small, and the sheets were not clean. The room itself was also not clean and felt poorly maintained. The drywall under the AC unit was broken, with pieces missing and wiring exposed. There were spiders in the room, and my children and I were bitten during our stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past year or two as a Wyndham member, and my previous experiences with staff were always positive. However, this visit was very different. The front desk experience was especially disappointing. Cory, the receptionist, was very rude, raised his voice at me, and denied my request for towels and clean sheets. It was an uncomfortable and unprofessional interaction. Overall, while I’ve had better stays here before, this visit did not meet basic cleanliness or service expectations.

We had to check out just 20 minutes after checking in because the hotel triggered my severe dust allergy. As soon as we walked down the hallway, I started having allergy symptoms. Once we entered the room, I began gagging and coughing uncontrollably, and it became clear that I couldn’t stay there. The front desk staff were kind, understanding, and professional. They listened to our concerns and said they would ask the manager about a refund since we had paid at the property. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from the manager. I appreciate the front desk employees for trying to help, but I am disappointed by the lack of follow-up regarding our refund request. If you have allergies or respiratory sensitivities, this may be something to consider before booking.

The carpet was dirty the towels had stains on them

Breakfast was fine The bathtub was broken - part of the drain was completely out so it wouldn't drain properly. In general, the place didn't feel very clean.

The staff was very helpful. The rugs were very dirty and needs to be replaced but our overall stay was good for the price. I would stay there again if needed.

That it was around everything meaning shopping, restaurants, etc. Great front desk staff NEED upgrades on each level... Remove all the old stain carpet on every hallway. Lobby was beautiful need the rest to look the same.

The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for .

This place was DIRTY. We would have been better off at a motel. Unmarked police cars arresting a guy in the parking lot while we’re checking in should’ve been our first clue, but we already booked and paid (no cancelations). The first room we got had stains all over the sheets and the balcony lock was completely missing (mind you, they tell you there’s a balcony to make it sound nice but it’s literally just enough room for you to stand). Second room had at least a lock and clean sheets. Go to take a shower in the 1900s and you get a shower and a bath because the tub doesn’t drain. Stains all over the floor even though they claim to be recently renovated. This place is a mess. Do not stay here!

This is a great hotel. Only thing I could recommend would be spring/ fallcleaning as there were some areas that needed attention.
