The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, but the sausage links needed to be browned more because they looked undercooked or just steamed with almost no color. The pancakes with assorted toppings and cheese omelette were the best to us. The pool area was clean, had seating, clean towels, restrooms, and the space was heated. Workout area was nice with a variety of options. Overall I would recommend this location because it’s quiet (outside those staying there) even with the freeway nearby and close to local shopping, restaurants, freeway, and gas stations.

Location, right off the highway was nice. The staff was pleasant and honestly did their best to improve our stay each chance they could. Coffee 24/7 is always a plus. Great open lobby area. Complimentary soap and shampoo conditioner were nice quality. This was the only hotel in the area (there were many that i couldve chosen) that offered a full refund for cancelations made 24 hours before check in. Facility seemed understaffed; because of few staff members I think they were struggling to handle issues as they occurred or prevent them from happening. Lobby overly fragrant, nice scent but may cause adverse reaction in some guests. Children running up and down and playing in the hallway almost all through the night. Children using the gym equipment as a playground. Gentleman sleeping on the lobby couch through the entire Sunday breakfast time, in socks, shorts worn below the butt, hand at times down the front of his shorts, while families tried to have breakfast around him. Had to ask for sheets without stains. Requested a room with refrigerator without rust inside. Never received a rust free frig. Shower drain so slow it backed up water during a shower. Water made it all the way to the middle of our room before we noticed it. Prior guest crumbs on the deskchair and prior guest hair rubber band on conditioner bottle in shower.
