When Tru first came about the hotel was immaculate; no longer true. Upon entry into the room, immediately noticed it was not cleaned properly. Contact surfaces had old stains (looked like pop or coffee), dirt/debris on floor not only in corners, stained window shade. Breakfast the next am was poorly attended to, no worker smiled at all, they all looked miserable. Front desk staff constantly on their phones. We had a very similar experience the last time we stayed at this location. This confirmed we will not be returning. Looking at our Expedia history, we travel more than most and are very dissatisfied with this location. The Hilton brand as a whole has drastically lost its luster. If this is the future of their brand, we will stick with others.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Tru! The staff was friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was varied and well stocked while our room had comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. At times we could hear the traffic on I75 but it was not bothersome.
