We needed a place to stay and this hotel was great. We had no issues. The breakfast is good.

Great overall experience!

Very clean and welcoming. Good on the budget as well.

Location was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was lacking. Room was clean but the bathroom needs some tender loving care. Parking was good, lots of spaces and well lit.

Excellent hotel

Free breakfast buffet. Nice room. Friendly staff. Safe area with many restaurant options. Approximately 20 minute drive to Comerica Park.

Our power went out and we have 2 dogs, this stay was perfect!!

Clean/Comfortable/ Swimming pool Nothing

just very clean and nice and not expensive at all. The staff as well was just very nice, and I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't answer that everything was awesome

A lot of space for breakfast

The location is hard to beat if you're visiting different parts of Metro Detroit. Easy access to the expressways made getting around simple, whether heading downtown, to the suburbs, or the airport. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Angelina from housekeeping. She handled a maintenance issue with our room promptly, professionally, and with such grace that we never even needed to involve the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, with healthier options like hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and other grab-and-go choices. As an affordable hotel, it attracts plenty of families with school aged children. Sporting events, I think? That's not really a negative—just something to expect if you're looking for absolute peace and quiet. We also had a shower drain clog and briefly overflow, but it was addressed quickly. More of a minor annoyance than a real inconvenience.

I asked for extra hangars and didn’t get them. Couldn’t get the tv to work, was told they’d stop by but didn’t. The towels were old, not fluffy. The bottom sheet kept pulling off. The solution used to clean the floors was sticky to bare feet. I would have appreciated coffee in the room so I didn’t have to get dressed to get it.

Love the extra amenities

My room was decently clean however my pillow was molded and I had to report it to management whom was just not apologetic nor was the District Manager. I have asthma and a molded pillow was unacceptable.

Nice and clean Nothing

Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Monique was courteous and got me checked in quick. Had a nice breakfast. Only hotel ever been to that has a pool table. Had a relaxing stay at the hotel.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The whole hotel was super clean. You could tell someone is always walking around cleaning. The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. Plus pool was super cloudy. But other than that we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
