When you flush the toilet, water comes up through the floor boards. Gross!!!

Not much in terms of restaurants or food options in the area. There were a couple shelves of snacks and food for sale in the lobby, but no utensils or can openers on the premises. I heated up water for the instant noodles in the coffee pot and had food poisoning the next day. The person at the desk was understanding and as helpful as she could be, but there was nothing she could do.

Room was not very clean floors needed swept n mopped. Beds are sunk in in middle so have to sleep curled up sideways in middle of bed. Hot water was kuke warm at best thrn went to turn on the lamp on wall and got shocked

The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated. Three weeks since the incident, nothing received. Messaged the hotel twice through Expedia and not a single response. Called Red Roof relations to file a formal complaint. They stated $51.31 was credited. Checked my credit card transactions and Expedia account and confirmed there was nothing credited to date. After following up through emails for details of the refund, such as reference no and date refund was issues, guest relations stated case is unresolved but will be closed anyways. Worst stay and customer relations experience. Will never stay at Red Roof Inn again. They have lost my business. Hoping I have a chance to upload photos of the bed bug.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. Maintenance always on the job. A safe place to stay.

I RESERVE A NONSMOKING and it smell Marihuana everyday The people in next door room had party everyday until 3am. It was a complete nightmare. I need to receive some kind of compensation this is so sad the first time Im very disappointed with Expedia.

I booked two rooms, and unfortunately neither one met basic cleanliness expectations. Both had an odd smell, and the floors clearly needed a deep cleaning. Overall, the rooms felt run down and in need of serious maintenance and attention. The toilets in both rooms were also concerning, they felt unstable and made noise like they weren’t properly secured. We only used the rooms to sleep, thankfully, because the environment wasn’t very comfortable. There was a lot of noise outside throughout the night with people yelling and walking around. When we arrived, there was also someone smoking a blunt near the stairway, and the smell carried throughout the area, which wasn’t ideal with kids. Overall, this just wasn’t a good experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you want something clean and more relaxing.

Nothing The bad smell was coming out from the room and the bedsheet and pillows everything was so dirty stain .

I called the hotel to rebook and the lady said I couldn’t

The gentleman that checked me in and was on the deak Friday evening, was super friendly, accommodating and efficient checking me in...

This room had roaches crawling around i checked out with in an hour ....did company ask you for a refund on room because i asked and she told me that third will refund me ....

Clean room friendly staff when i had a horrible toothache they had Tylenol to help!!! It saved my life!!!!

Room was a bit run down, but the bed was comfortable and clean.
