Great place to stay. Close to university and sorority houses. Plenty of places to eat around there too it’s my 3rd year staying there for college move in

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My room was on the Speedway side above the bus stop and it had a lot of road noise.

Convenient location, nice vibe to lobby, friendly staff; terrible noise from busy street outside st night, even with sound mschine. it was really bad. Room only cleaned every other day and they forgot to clean ours on second day, so we didn't get any cleaning.

The staff (Maggie) was super helpful and very friendly. The room was nicely appointed. Bathroom door which was a slider kinda stuck and did not close well. Bed very comfy. Quiet (our room was in back). Would totally stay again.

The room was not well cleaned at all there was dried human excrement on the shades of the window closest to the beds, The floor was not vacuumed and the table wasn't wiped down as there were sticky spots that could and should have been removed. It looks pretty online but it doesn't translate in person. The night staff didn't answer the phone so many times I had to come downstairs in my pajamas and it was only 9. Lastly I had to clean the pool before my guest and I could get in and there is bird you know on the lounge chairs. I feel bamboozled.

This is obviously a property that has been used a lot by University students, visitors, etc.. the rooms are dark and a lot of plumbing noises. The bar was good. We had a couple of drinks there. It was close to our event that we came into town for we just went to the party. Came back, slept and left early in the morning.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The pool was pretty great too! I was happy with the pool hours as well, and breakfast was very good!

Only cold brew as option and prepackaged food options for breakfast not ideal, but close enough to university and all the food options as long as yiu have a car

This hotel is in desperate need of a major renovation. One of the elevators was out of service for our entire four-day stay, which was very inconvenient. The bathrooms had visible mold, the carpets were extremely dirty, and the headboards in the room were badly damaged. The pool furniture was also worn out and should be replaced. The only bright spot was the staff, they were friendly, courteous, and did their best to provide good service. Unfortunately, the condition of the property made it difficult to enjoy our stay.

It’s amazing to stay in this hotel. It very clean and nice view. Just book it and you won’t regret. Thank me later.

One elevator wasn’t working so the wait time for the only one working was long during the morning rush. Everything is just beat up; the wallpaper, carpets, ceiling, headboard were all damaged/peeling. Sheets and towels were perfectly clean. Staff worked hard to keep hallways clean and it I observed that they sprayed down carpets and wiped down doors frequently just passing through. The lady working at the front desk was great (Embassy) but the gentleman we encounter often over the weekend seemed a little disheveled and irritable. It was a convenient location for a swim meet our son attended at U of A. Overall just an average college hotel - heavily worn but it seemed they were doing the best they could. Cleaning staff was very friendly.

This place is the best! My boyfriend and I stayed a total of 4 days 3 nights total and not one complaint! The beds are soft but firm, hot water, soft towels, TV, good-smelling soaps and helpful staff. I'm in the process of moving states and my home had a bursted pipe so this was a wonderful stay. Also, Trident Grill across the street is a good place to eat and only 5 minutes away. The only downside is you have to pay for parking but it's not too bad and you get texts warning you of the time expiring. 10/10 great stay!!

Great property - staff and amenities wer great. Some decor looking a little tired - not enough to take away from the whole experience!
