Red Lion Inn & Suites Tucson Downtown

Everyone here at this property was extremely nice. I loved it.

Exceptional

Realmente molesto y terrible el ruido del sistema de aire acondicionado, la primera noche fue imposible dormir, tuve que conseguir tapones para oídos y aún así era perceptible algo de ruido.

The price was solid for sure and the beds were clean. This property suffers from being old above all else. They could benefit immensely from some table cloths. The desks and chairs were beat up with chipped paint and scratches all over. The grounds had rough grass and palm leaves scattered around.

The building exteriors looked dated, but my room was more modern and lbetter equipped than other places where I have stayed recently. Little things like shampoo. A good sized mini fridge, cable channels, and a generous variety of foods for breakfast.

Super Clean! Friendly staff and near the venue I went to visit. And breakfast was free. Only problem was there was barely any cold water in the bathroom. Besides that everything was great.

I liked that the staff were really helpful and that it came with breakfast that was 4sho the best

Cheap price but you get what you pay for. Dead bugs and roaches in the room. Sketchy place overall not very try safe.

Rooms are clean but there was a smell to the room. Property could use a face lift in the on the yard. Basic amenities are all there. Looks like the property was in the middle of renovations so definitely giving it some slack on the criticism. Very good stay for the price.

The front staff was friendly and helpful at check in. There were ants in my bathroom in the tub and crawling on the ceiling. Some flying bugs too. Not great

The front desk crew is awesome! They deserve a raise: they handle the breakfast and checking in & out the hotel guests. The rooms and property are dated but they are clean and very afforable. Stay there all the time.

Unexpected good place.

The ac did not cool forcing me to check out after 20 minutes. Was told all rooms are the same. Id like a complete refund as it was over 90 degrees inside.

They were all friendly and very helpful, always answered the phone, and nice rooms!

There are no rugs or moldy smells. Our room was fresh. Pool water was a little cloudy, but only slightly. There's no canopy for the pool area..
