Spacious rooms comfortable beds and a staff that goes out of their way to take care of what your needs are excellent

I liked it that it was downtown. I didn’t like the room it stunk mold and it didn’t have cold water in the shower. Bedding look dirty and sheets had stains on it. I don’t think it was worth what I paid. Hotel needs updates and remodel.

Ran out of breakfast food and didn't replenish.

We slept well and were able to even grab breakfast before we headed out in the Am. Only complaint was that there wasn't anything cold to drink for bkfast besides OJ..Would have just been glad to get cold water. But we will likely stop here again.

The stuff was wonderful they're good people they made me feel right at home That they made a little complain about a stain on a sheet a little red thing and wanted to charge me $400 for my deposit which only came out to $25

Perfect for a one night stay because it is close the freeway.

Huge cockroach and insects getting in my bags it was quite unsettling. The AC is super loud you cannot turn the fan off unless you turn everything off. Sorry but I will definitely not come back. Learned my lesson and will pay extra for comfortable hotel.

Clean room, convenient location

AC is the biggest complaint, cleanliness is the second I saw a hair on a baseboard in the rr & had a small stain on one of the sheets in the room when we got in, last is the lamps, one went out after being on for 15m and another I was too scared to turn on bc *see photo*

CLEAN ROOM, GREAT STAFF, PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE.

The staff was AMAZING!!!! The check in guy was super friendly and helpful and our cleaner even helped my sister carry here her bag down the stairs <3 We were able to park right outside of our room. If I am in Tucson, I will stay here again!

The place was clean and pretty well maintained and, for the price, was a good value. Breakfast offered a good variety and even had some hot choices (though my favorite hot choices - scrambled eggs and sausages - were only offered once while I was there). There was a bad smell from the bathroom, but I think it was the drain system and not something the hotel could do anything about. Housekeeping came by every day, which seems to not be a regular thing anymore. There were some inconsistencies in service (I couldn't find the ice machine - the outdoor sign pointed in the wrong direction - and there was no one at the desk to help me; there was no coffee at breakfast my last day there and the orange juice was mostly water), but, overall, still good value for the money. Being next to I-10 and just outside of the main downtown area, the hotel is very convenient to many sights, restaurants, and shopping areas and a very good location for day-tripping.

Very nice staff and helpful. Unfortunately the place just not on their best. Trash was not cleaned outside my room.

The customer service was really good, but I would really recomend that they have security around the premises. There's a lot of crackheads, and shady people around the area. The smell of marihuana was really strong around the area. The rooms need to upgrade the AC, because sometimes the small AC doesn't cool the whole room.

I don’t recommend staying here if you wanna suffer of a heat stroke. The AC DOESNT WORK, when we first walked in the room was burning hot and then we turned on the ac to see if it needed a bit of time to cool the room, so we decided to leave, by the time we came back the room was the same temperature. We ended up having to ask to borrow some fans from a family member and it still was so hot. I ended up feeling so sick after that because I felt dehydrated and worse part is that I’m pregnant. Again do not stay here especially with this Arizona heat.
