Baymont by Wyndham Tullahoma

When we got to the Hotel to check in, we were told that the pool was not operating. That wasnt that big of an issue, though it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. We were given our key and went to our room. When we went inside the room there was a musty smell, and when we tried to close the door it was difficult to close and even closed, had a huge gap at the bottom. My husband was immediately upset about the room. Within a few minutes we noticed what appeared to be black mold on the ceilings in the room and the bathroom. We immediately loaded our bags back into the car and went to find another hotel for our weekend trip. We checked in at a hotel across the street and they told us they never hear anything good about that hotel and aren't allowed to refer people to them if they are completely booked. After securing another hotel we returned to Baymont to return the key and inform them we would not be staying. They didnt seem surprised and just told me to contact the third party booking site to see about a refund. I could have handled a dirty blanket or an unswept floor, but we would have ended up sick if we had stayed there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

We always stay here when in town. We are never disappointed!

It was disgusting. The door didn’t close properly and there was people up all night walking around the hotel being loud.. There’s not one thing I liked about the location. It’s right by the Walmart is the only good thing about it.

The location was ok The staff was nice and friendly The beds was very hard it was like sleeping on a rock. There was a gap under the door and on the side of the door that was large enough that a small animal could have crawled through it. The furniture was very old and outdated the bathroom was dirty. The pool was empty There was only one large bath towel and one wash cloth in the room and we had 2 adults staying in that room

Breakfast was subpar. Room was dirty and did not have enough light. Nice people but building was bad.

EXCELLENT , THE STAFF WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY ISSUES. BLANKETS WAS NOT CLEANED, LINENS DINGY, PLUGS NEXT TOO SINK DID NOT WORK, HAIR BĹOWER ( WIRES CUT), WALLS COMPLETELY FILTHY( ALOT OF SMOKING IN A NON SMOKING RM.#115). THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER COMING OUT OF WALL, DOOR TO HANG TOWELS OR ROBE COMING OUT. THE FURNITURE AND TOILET NEEDED CLEANING. MY WIFE CLEANED IT. DID NOT WANT TO MOVE, ALREADY SETTLED IN.

Do not go! This place is a disaster we didn’t stay they showed us three rooms with cigarette burns all over even in the blankets. The door jams looked like someone tried to pry them open. Expedia should not even have them on their website. Belmont should not allow them to use their name and the county should consider closing it . The photo’s on the website must be Ai generated.Don’t GO!

Wish there was a place to post pictures. NASTY, UNFIT FOR HUMAN OCCUPATION. They are pet friendly but the furniture is gross, the floors have not been touched in forever. Toilets and sink was TOXIC looking. Would never say again. Swimming pool is "under maintenance" but looks like it has been that way for quite a while (lol). Overall not worth 20 dollars a day to even stay.

Extremely overpriced due the a local event that we did not attend. $330 for a $40 room at best. Property and room were very outdated and dirty. Furnishings were beat up and vintage to say the least. Several patrons sitting in front of their rooms on lawn chairs drinking and talking loud at late hours. We turned down the free gas station quality breakfast. Would never stay there again, nor would i ever recommend it.

The room itself is pretty run down and disgusting, the bathtub couldn't be used as a bathtub and only as a shower instead, and we were granted a late check out which was awesome but while we were still in the room the maintenance man abruptly knocked and proceeded to immediately open the door without waiting for a response which was very unprofessional and awkward from my wife myself and our baby.

It was absolutely horrible and filthy. I did not feel safe there at all. The lock on the door and the dead bolt did not work. I have pictures I can import. The door frame looked like somebody forced the door open. I was not able to get any sleep due to not feeling safe. If there is anyway to get some of my money back that would be great because this room was definitely not worth the $230 I spent on the room
