Breakfast was perfect for our morning kick start!

Breakfast was good and fresh. Pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. The pool was closed and there was no notification of that online or during booking.

The bathroom light switch was cracked. I told two different people at the front desk. The switch was not repaired. The switch was so cracked that if you were not careful your finger could push through the plastic. Dust on top head board.

The elevator floor was dirty & the floor outside the elevator was dirty. The pool was green with algae. I’m not sure how they can call this a “Hilton” property.

The hot breakfast was phenomenal!!! The door to our room needs to be fixed, because it won’t shut without slamming it from the inside of room. Outside of the room basically same way. To get it to close you have to pull it hard.

Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. The breakfast was a nice touch the next morning!

The location was good. The pool was closed and we were not informed until we had our swimsuits on and we're headed to the pool. The room was ok.

Breakfast was great! I booked this to have use of an outdoor pool, which was closed. That would not have been as bad, if we could have at least sat by the pool to enjoy the outdoors and relax after our drive. Instead we had to sit on our car to be outside. The sign at the front desk stated that there was a manager on duty, but there never was one. This is why we couldn’t even sit down outside. We were told that only a manager could open the gate to the pool area. We had a leak under our bathroom sink, reported it, and were told that we would not be charged for damage. No one came to check, nor repair.

The rooms were clean and cozy. I slept very well. The breakfast was amazing. I chose this hotel for the pool amenity. I was not told before hand that the pool was not opened. My children and I were very disappointed

Good location in the town. Staff wasn’t great. Not the friendliest, and it feels very outdated.

Didn't see a hot tub. The shower valve was installed backwards, so cold was hot hot was cold..
